I prefer the Bills experimenting with new players to the organization like Logue and Mathis versus bringing back the ol' boys from seasons past.
Casey Toohill and Kingsley Jonathan aren't going to do anything.
I agree, but I still hold out faint hope that bringing Eli Ankou back for the 39th time would be the charm

Checking game thread to see all the posts advising never to take Cook off the field….
Cook is on pace to have 325 carries for the season. He is not a large guy. I know his smooth running style and body control prevents him from taking a lot of big hits, but he is getting too much work imo. The problem is the Bills entire offense is so extremely reliant on him. If it feels difficult to remove him from the field because there is such a drop off, then it calls into question another area of roster building and depth where Beane deserves scrutiny.

Maybe we can try Deone Walker out at quarterback too! He'd be a handful to stop on RPO's

Was Trent Murphy not available?

Beane couldn’t bear to part with his picks? Just to waste them in the draft. Cute.
If we come up short this year, it’s 100% on Beane
Hey now, our 3rd round pick Landon Jackson might suit up for a game yet this year. He's been really impactful so I can see why Beane wants to hold on to the 2026 3rd instead of getting a guy who can actually help like Shaheed.

Just horrendous by Brady. Didn't even give yourself a chance to convert

We had a great chance to drive and take a two score lead.
Instead Joe Brady decided to remove his best non-Allen player from the game for THREE STRAIGHT PLAYS including a pivotal 4th down.It is so unbelievably frustrating.
The designed runs apparently don't exist anymore

Dumb 4th down play cost us.
We throw 2 yard passes all game, until we need 2. Then we throw it 15 lol

Earlier they wasted a timeout after a New England penalty and that ruins any small chance they had to win this game. What a choke job. Atlanta is going nowhere with Raheem Morris. Classic case of a coach that will leave you mired in mediocrity.
It's amazing he got a second chance at a job so far apart from the first failure

Penix is straight trash. He doesn't see the field well at all and comes unglued if he's rushed or the first option is taken away

You just knew they would miss the xp

There we go Falcons

Why were the Falcons hurrying there? They have a minute and a half and 3 timeouts

Their schedule is cake. I really wonder what they'll look like against a team like kc or the ravens
They play Baltimore later in the year and Tampa next week, so those will be good measuring sticks. But other than that quality opponents don't exist

Drake Maye is so good. Everything seems under control with him

Really gonna miss this douche jumping around like a sugar high ADHD toddler after every 1 yd gain
Yeah I can't stand Pacheco. It's no big loss for KC though. He's an extremely mediocre back that gets overhyped because of his running style and playing for the Chiefs.

Steelers fans hate Tomlin
With good reason. He coaches like it's 1978. But hey, congrats on going 9-8 again

Ravens starting to come out of their funk. They’ll get in as the division winning 4th seed, or a wildcard 6th seed, book it.
No bold claim there. Their upcoming schedule is a cakewalk and the AFC North is trash

Al Michaels is shot. No excitement anymore just poor play by play and not seeing where the football is. Al is a shell of his former self.
People have been saying this for a while now, but I still think he is an excellent play by play guy. Yes he is not going to be confused with Gus Johnson and is clearly past his prime. But that doesn't mean he is shot imo - if anything Herbstreit is the problem. The dude will never shut up
-
Gotta love getting 8 yards on 1st down, then throwing two passes short of the line to gain, then throwing a low percentage deep shot on 4th down. Absolutely brilliant
-
Chiefs getting lucky? Never would've guessed that

No separation from WRs and the OL not being as good at pass blocking as they get credit for. Results in quick pressure, nobody open to throw to and as the game goes on Josh gets happy feet because he's not trusting the protection.
It really is this simple. Josh didn't forget how to play qb overnight

I am going to be pissed if we lose this game. It's going to be close but I think the Bills win a one score white knuckler 27-21

Game week thread - Bills at Dolphins
in The Stadium Wall

It's weird how I always feel more confident playing the Dolphins in Miami. I think the Bills roll this week - there is no room for a division loss here and that will prevent any potential letdown from the Chiefs game
