I'll tell you one thing. I've went to the game in KC last year and that website is in fact the total opposite of what I encountered at the stadium. The people were great.

They were this year too…until the lateral was called back. They then turned into total entitled babies.

Atlanta has a ton of offensive skill players and the #8 overall pick this year. Plus a pathetic division.

Imagine having a top 10 pick but also being in the playoff hunt in week 17 for a division title!

That would be my destination. Good owner also who seems pretty hands off and willing to spend.

Anything in the AFC is brutal. Burrow will be back, and now we know the Browns are legitimately good. Chiefs will get weapons for Mahomes. Rodgers will be healthy, and the Jets won 7 without him. Anything could happen but the AFC will be a real grind.

NFC? There's like 3-4 good teams a lot of meh. If  the goal is to get to Super Bowls the road is way easier in the NFC.

Yeah the best situation purely by personnel, ownership, and pick to join to me is Atlanta. The Commanders don't have the personnel but the pick and ability to build your own thing is intriguing too. This ownership is probably a lot better than Snyder too.

My problem with Josh on that play is he had Kincaid open for an easy first down.

He absolutely made the right play to heave it to the end zone though once he went off that read.  There was nobody open and he wasn't going to be able to pick it up with his legs.  You just heave it up and hope your guy can make a play and if he can't then maybe the other team will be dumb enough to pick it off.

I love 17 but that's still the biggest thing for me with him, moreso than the turnovers. There are times when he has the easy 1st down on a 3rd or in this case 4th and he's looking for the big play instead. It's fun sometimes, moreso in the last 3 years when it felt like the offense was overall more dynamic, but he's just gotta take it when it's there like that.

    Totally Boneheaded Decision?

(For what's it worth I still hold out a little hope for Elam 😄)

Haha that could be a solid label.

I don't blame you for holding out hope, but to the OP saying TBD up to this point when 2 years in as a 1st rounder he's had a lot of trouble cracking the roster even at times when the secondary has been decimated is a little much.

You can think two things at the same time, that Beane has been good and that so far the Elam pick has been a disaster.

Then it seems you are fine with something that is not the least bit possible. How on earth would schools encompass all ideology? Who would determine what “all” is? Teach the kids the things that will allow America to compete with China in the future. Those things are not BLM or “boys can be girls if they want to” or that communism is good.

I meant political/religious ideology…I think you can educate without indoctrinating on a left or right wing philosophy or religiously.

I’m good with keeping those things you mentioned out of the classroom, but the other side needs to recognize that religious or Christian indoctrination is the same exact thing. So when a group like this Moms for Liberty one talks about one but wants to do the other, yes, it just looks like political/religious agenda. Jesus isn’t helping us compete with China either.

The tweet that was posted here, your comments, and my comments are all about a photograph. A photograph that you think is perfectly appropriate in a classroom setting. My preference would be that America focus on educating children rather than feel the need to include a healthy serving of indoctrination at school.

I'm fine with that if it's a consistent sentiment all-around that encompasses all ideology...my issue with many of the people railing against things in that picture are in favor of indoctrination when it comes to "God", especially Christianity and what they would call patriotism.

If there was a compromise where we keep all of that out of schools, I'm down.

  7. I don't dislike Rodgers for having his opinions...I just think he's a massive hypocrite. Like during the whole vaccine thing he said he just likes to live a private life and doesn't want publicity and doesn't want anyone in his business...and then proceeds to go on all of the biggest podcasts that exist to bring up topics that he 100% knows are going to generate publicity.

Again...that's totally fine if that's what he wants to do. But then his victimhood about publicity just rings so hollow.

Only place I could see it is NE where they let Bill get the wins record and then Vrabel is promised the gig. Outside of Harbaugh, he becomes the top candidate out there for any HC job he wants

I don’t know if I’d go that far. Everyone right now wants an offensive coach. I do think Vrabel will get an offer but I don’t think he has his pick.

  9. You just have to swing at and invest in a top talent at QB. I think he’s a good coach that just dicked around entirely too much with the most important position on the team.

Vrabel will be unemployed for about 5 minutes. Probably will be the Pats next HC but if not, he will get one of the other HC openings.

Ugh that’s gonna be annoying to have him on the Pats

  10. The Arthur Smith situation is why you absolutely have to take a big swing on a QB within probably the first 2 years of your tenure, let alone 3.

That really has to suck for him knowing he didn’t even give himself a shot with a possible franchise QB.

I know it's not in title but Shakir friggin tore it up tonight. I think he is our new #2 honestly.

He did and I like Shakir a lot, I just didn’t throw him in there because he hasn’t had a bad season up until this point, the post was just about a couple guys who got ragged on a lot this season and honestly it was fair but they came up big tonight.

  12. I’m a believer that you can think two things at the same time.

Have Harty and Sherfield been pretty bad this season? Yes.

Did they each make ridiculously huge plays tonight? Yes.

I’m happy for them. Maybe they can have some big moments in the playoffs here!
