I've seen the Jets on TV several times this year and the thing that impresses me most about them is their Offensive Line. I'd take theirs over ours in a heartbeat. Ours is not bad now that we've worked out a blocking scheme to get ML some holes. They protect the QB pretty well.
I'd take their HC over ours, as well.

Very intriguing. My only concern is Nolan's affinity for the 3-4, which we don't have the personnel to operate.
We don't have the personnel to operate a malt shop. Who are you kidding?

Goodbye Marshall Faulk and Edge James.
Sincerely,
Bill Polian
True dat!

How many Bills does it take to sit home and watch the playoffs, again?
-
Bobby April for GM! Double book it!

I'll still go on record that Mike Williams was NOT a bad pick. It seemed like the right pick to make because we needed to beef up the line at the time. It isn't Donahoe's fault that he couldn't stay on the field, so I don't put that one on him.
I do blame him for JP, Willis McGahee, trading our #1 to the Patriots* for Bledsoe, not re-signing Pat Williams or Antoine Winfield, Gregg Williams, Mike Mularkey, and then trying to build the lines (save for Mike Williams) with second-rate talent because they were cheaper.
It was a bad pick considering he chose between Williams and Bryant McKinney. Now, who would you rather have wanted? And don't give me the tired line of "Mike had a better personality and Bryant had an attitude...blah, blah...". The Cowboys passed up on Randy Moss because of personality issues. Nuff said.

I don't mean to depress everyone, but the proof is in the pudding. Bill Polian has been successful every place he's worked, and the Bills have been struggling since his departure.

Let me rephrase: Why they have sucked for so long...
-
I'd like to see a 5-2 defense. DE - DT - NT - DT - DE
-
This is why. Pay special attention to the quote from his final press conference and try to convince me otherwise.

How about fielding a team that can get to the playoffs once in a while. Hell, maybe even win a post season game or two. I don't remember the Bills having that big of money issues when they were going to the Super Bowl. That was even when they were competing financially with big city teams before the salary cap.

The only time I would defer is if weather is a factor. You chose to play into the wind during the first and third quarter and let the opposing team receive the opening kickoff. But then again, I've never met the Bills' head coach so thus, I don't know Dick!

Show your support for the Buffalo Bills by getting your season tickets for the 2009 season. 73,967 packages will be available. Help welcome back the entire roster (with one or two possible new players) by getting your orders in at the conclusion of the 2008 regular season. Next season's expectations should be even higher, so join the Bills' players as they look forward to even more of the same and remember "Our players' just love Dick!"

I do blame Dick Moron for the things he is in control of. Namely- challenges, starting lineups, 4th down & goalline play calling, etc..
-
Don't worry, Mangina....we'll make you look better after this sunday.
-
I would but it would have to be a three-way with Alyssa Milano.
-
I miss the 1999 defense; Mt. Washington & Fat Pat anchoring the middle. Those were the days.
-
They should have a ranking of owners.
-
If you ask me, this team has been going slowly and irreversably downhill ever since Bill Polian left.
-
What a dick. I'd like to give him an enema filled with spiders & Peppermint jelly.
WTF?
-
if Buffalo had swapped head coaches with Tennessee at the beginning of the season, Jauron for Fisher, then what do you think the records of both teams would be right now?
I'm guessing the Bills would be 10-2 and the Titans 8-4. Your thoughts?

this loss isn't on the coaches. this is on the kicker and qb play.
we could have won 12-10.
our return game came on late, we didn't allow jack on D after the first drive, we had tons of yards, our line was blocking, our d line was destroying, we were in this game till the end.
the bottom line is we need at least ok qb play
Are you serious? We should've won 34-10, at least.

right now there is a pile of Bills merchandise in the rain on my lawn. Jerseys, hats, blankets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, boxers, banners and posters, oh yeah and one fat head. This team sucks top to bottom, inside out, front to back and further more no one is going to do anything about it. Until ralp dies that is and then this team is gone and then , maybe then they will win. I can't go another year of transition. 11 years since playoffs is enough my health can't take it anymore. I was almost hospitalized after the Miscall in Memphis. This city blows and the Gov't both local and state make sure I can't afford to leave. Misfortune is the only reason we keep losing. I give up !! Bills and Sabres can both leave this town. 4 superbowls, 2 stanley cups 3 eastern conference finals. I am sick of being other teams stepping stones. I am sick of losing to sub-par teams, especially at home. What jerk posted that west coast teams are 0-15 this season, NOT ANYMORE ...JERK!
In the rain? You're too kind. I just wiped my cat's ass with my shirt and she has diarrhea. (no offense, /dev/null). I will always be a fan of Buffalo teams but at the same time, I don't have to torture myself with watching a team that looks like a loaded diaper from a third world dumpster.

Especially since the draft doesn't seem to do us any favors anyway.
The only decent players we've drafted this decade were the ones Marv Levy got us. Well, Ralph can have his wish now. Season ticket sales will disintegrate next year after this dismal pants-shitting and Ralph can justify moving the team. Jesus H. Christ at a pie-eating contest, could we get a real owner, please?
whats wrong the big picture

What if Ralph, or his daughter for that matter, moved the team to LA? Cleveland got another team. Maybe we need a new team/owner. As much as I love the Bills, I'm sick of Ralph's meddling and tight-fistedness.
