It is interesting, too, that in spite of distractions real or imagined, and the impact of culture and the like, that the Bills would welcome his return back.
To me that says that the negative pressure came from outside the organization/team.I don’t think this will hurt the locker room.

and suddenly mckenzie will catch everything thrown at him
If that’s the case, then Bean is truly a 4D chess playing baller 🤣

Wow that’s crazy! This is a JA driven move.
I mean if anyone can make things happen on this team it’s him. Is this injury driven or WR Room capability driven?

This is a great proactive move. If he's got nothing left he stays on the practice squad and we "lose" nothing.
I think there was something about the timing routes and work over the middle for high completion attempts that got Josh in rythm and sparked the offense.
If he's 75% of what he was in his last year this was still worth a shot imo
Many of our successful drives last year began with a Beas catch. Completely agree with the rhythm. Even physically limited, Beas can be an asset to this team.

Ya gotta wonder how out of shape OBJ was if the Cowboys and Bills both went and got other players. Sheeesh
Seriously right!
After all the hype, teams basically said, nope.

I mean I have serious doubts about his physical capability, but you can’t deny that we’re struggling in the slot.

As mentioned previously, I un-retired my old lucky shirt after the Vikings game, ending the losing streak.
Last week, I forgot to bring said shirt on a business trip, so to appease the football gods, I had my wife wear the shirt bra-less. Seemed to do the trick.
But now I obviously messed with the mojo.
Right after JA got sacked, essentially ending the drive, I took the shirt off and had the wife put it back on bra-less.
The mist turned to snow and the game turned on a dime. Never in doubt after that.
Now I need to find another lucky shirt, but my wife has new mandatory gear for Saturday 😁

I honestly think that this team has its sights set on winning a Super Bowl this year and that’s it.
What I’m hoping is that like last year when we saved our best plays/formations for the playoffs, we’re just establishing tendencies and playing as vanilla as we can and still win so we can dominate in the post-season.
There are obvious holes in this theory but it seems to me at least, when we REALLY need a drive, we break out some of the cool toys, score, then put them quietly back in their box, nice and safe for playoff time.
GO BILLS!

Ok not taking 100% credit, but after the JA sack, I gave my wife my lucky shirt (un-retired 3 weeks ago) and had her wear it bra-less again.
Same config as last week.
The results speak for themselves.
AMAZING play!!

Literally every day makes me dislike him more. And honestly, it’s not all his fault because the media and thirsty fans are building this guy up as well. He was a declining player who is coming off his second major knee injury at 30 and still thinks he’s one of the best players in the league. It’s embarrassing how big of groupies some fans and players are for him.
I hope Dallas signs him and he drops a huge pass costing them a playoff win. Him and Beasley are the worst.
Can’t believe wanted him in the first place. Also, did we really think his ego really was going to let him Come to Buffalo during the winter? He’s the girl who used to be super hot but got old and doesn’t realize she isn’t hot anymore.
Some people and their Hate-r-aid.
We get it, you hate Beas. Dude is living rent free in your dome. Please move on. Or let him move out.

He is a little older so they grew up watching him when he was really good. So he is kinda of hero. But he isn’t close to the same player and he’s annoying and makes it about him.
Beane should just lie and say he wanted more money than we could give. Hope the young guys step up or sign Lee Evans haha.
Now Kyrie hate 🤣
Me thinks I’m detecting a trend

The Ravens built an entire program around Lamar. That's what any other team would need to do (but likely won't).
IMO Harbaugh is a top 5 coach in the NFL, and that organization drafts well and tailored a team to help him succeed.
Let's say he forces a trade somewhere else. SF would be deadly, because they are a similar "run the ball, play D, make some throws" style already. Other than that, where could you plug him in and have success without re-making the entire roster on offense?
Obviously, that was what he needed when he first joined the league, but I’ve begun to wonder if that same system is now holding him back.
He’ll never QB for the Bills, so I don’t care either way, but the way these negotiations have gone has made me wonder if he really does need a team to do that for him to be successful at this stage in his career.

I’ve always believed that a person’s drive was the single biggest factor in determining their success, no matter what the subject.
Physical and even mental traits can make a player good, or even great. But typically, the legends are not physical/mental freaks but are individuals with inhuman drive.
The thing that just blows me away about this kid, is that he seems to have that level of drive, while possessing elite physical traits (not sure on mental but he’s at least average I’m assuming 🤷♂️).
Having him as our QB is well worth the decades of:
“😬 Oh I’m sorry man”
When I told people I was a Bills fan.
LFG BUFFALO!

I also didn't wear a bra under my shirt. I think I'll keep that going.
Hahaha love it!!

I’d recently un-retired a lucky shirt and we haven’t lost since doing so.
Went out of town for a business trip and forgot the shirt. Called the wife and had her wear it for the game to keep the luck going.
Like a good wife, she volunteered to also not wear a bra under the shirt, securing our victory.

Well if those D players, expecting a hurtle, try to go high to take Josh down, they’ll probably just get trucked.

Pickens was drafted 52nd
I’m sure we tried to trade up with the potential WR1 in the draft on the board.
He’s too tall for our system 😁

I'm just wondering what he was thinking. Was he running onto the field to celebrate and then realized his teammate wasn't down and tried to blend in? Is Carroll coaching players to do this since no one is watching? Did he just lose his mind?
Lol yeah that’s what I think happened. He went out to celebrate, saw the play was still live and just tried to blend in 😅🤣

Updated Beasley signing to practice squad

Hot routes are another area where Beas thrived. Sometimes it feels like JA just doesn’t have the same chemistry with our current crop of WRs (Diggs excluded).
