Well if those D players, expecting a hurtle, try to go high to take Josh down, they’ll probably just get trucked.

Pickens was drafted 52nd
I’m sure we tried to trade up with the potential WR1 in the draft on the board.
He’s too tall for our system 😁

I'm just wondering what he was thinking. Was he running onto the field to celebrate and then realized his teammate wasn't down and tried to blend in? Is Carroll coaching players to do this since no one is watching? Did he just lose his mind?
Lol yeah that’s what I think happened. He went out to celebrate, saw the play was still live and just tried to blend in 😅🤣

People pointing out that his skills have declined and that every other team in the NFL feels the same is "strong feelings"?
I like the guy. I liked what he did here. But, as I pointed out above, everyone's skills decline over time.
I mean that's obvious. That's why Cole is playing so well for...wait...who is he playing for right now? 🤔
Oh I 100% agree the dude is done. His body quit and that’s the end of the road for a player whose success depended on his suddenness.
I don’t think OBD will sign him and I don’t want them to.
I think what “they” are doing bringing him up is to both vent frustration at an important position falling short and to troll for those posters who have an over the top emotional reaction every time he’s brought up.
It’s like they can’t help themselves and bite every single time. 😅🤣

Let’s be honest, the people who keep bringing up Beasley are the epitome of just wanting to argue. They are the same people who if the Bills had kept Beasley would be complaining that he’s hurt, he’s not getting enough yards, he’s taking away snaps from McKenzie/Shakir…they’re very predictable
I’m sure that’s what “they” are after. 🙄🙄
It has nothing to do with a lack of decent slot play since he left.
I get it, you’re a hater. 👍
Just silly to have such strong personal feelings associated with a retired ex-player and the fans who expected OBD to have a plan for slot once he left.

Just rewatched the game and on that safety “drive” it wasn’t just the safety.
On 1st down he blew up a run for a large loss, otherwise, they wouldn’t have been in the position to make a tackle for a safety.
Oliver essentially ended that drive by himself (as much as one can in football).
But even taking it one play prior, the reason the Lions had the ball was because of another JA Red Zone INT.
The Lions had the momentum and Oliver snuffed it out. Yes, the O ended up punting, but the Lions lost all the momentum they had with that INT.
It was a dominant series of plays for Oliver that absolutely should’ve earned him a leg on its own IMO.

I would add that we are not getting the production from McKenzie, that we got from our former slot receiver who I shall not name due to the political leanings of this board. Either it is the play calling or simply McKenzie can't get open in the slot not sure which is the cause.
Beasley, his skills and relationship with QB1 are sorely missed.
That said, he doesn’t have those skills anymore and has since retired. But we really should find a true replacement as he was the engine that drove our O when he was balling out.

I’ve been trying to retire a very old and tattered lucky shirt and break in a new one.
I finally gave up this week, pulled the OG back out and retired new one.
I’m sorry I was so stubborn but we should be good to go now.

Because Edmunds would've held in check all those big plays the DBs gave up in the second half? Like I said, I don’t want to see the likes of you criticizing Edmunds when he gives up plays. No wishy washiness allowed.
I think what I’m learning is that having him in the middle allows our average/backup secondary cheat a bit on the edges, making them more effective overall as a unit.
It’s taken me a bit to get here as I’ve been pretty hard on TE during his time in BUF but I can see a marked difference when he’s not on the field.

You want to find somebody who's full of it? Look for someone using the tactic you're using here, admitting the other guy's argument is a winner by ignoring what he actually said and throwing out a straw man to distract.

Found this on Twitter today, it's the final throw of the game from Allen's perspective.
The decision looked good, the pass looked late and off target.
Actually, to me it looks like #54 read the play perfectly and settled into the passing window.
JA notices and double clutches. You can see #54 jumping, assuming JA was going to throw into the 1st window. The throw goes right behind him, but the DB had the inside angle.
To me, this was a telegraphed play by the Bills that the Vikes were expecting and ready for. They knew this pass was coming.
IMO the play call was the problem and not going to the 2nd/3rd reads sealed the deal.

The series that confirmed to me that Dorsey ain't it. Sorry, but a proper OC would never call something like that with two yards to go. Power sweep with Cook or even Josh gets it.
Or even that Stampede play we do where we pull a bunch of linemen and Josh runs a sweep.
I don't think it's ever been completely stopped...

He's pretty good at catching too.
Saw a tweet, 5th most RB receiving yards since he joined the league in 2018.
Bad QBs, amazing RBs ahead of him. I’ve always liked this player and thought he’s been underutilized.

I’d recently un-retired a lucky shirt and we haven’t lost since doing so.
Went out of town for a business trip and forgot the shirt. Called the wife and had her wear it for the game to keep the luck going.
Like a good wife, she volunteered to also not wear a bra under the shirt, securing our victory.
