Boldin bolted after Beane shipped out Watkins and Darby. He said that had nothing to do with it. lol That he wanted to pursue his human rights work. That it is more than football. Sure Boldin sure.
Then weeks later tried to unretire to join a contender. Beane roadblocked that as he was mad he left Bills low on WR.
Bills then broke the drought and made playoffs lol.

i disagree w no revenue with throwback or alternate helmets. Collectors and fans buy them. Players sign many different types of helmets and are then sold too at high prices. I have seen Chrome, Black, Silver, and others not a team helmet color that players sign then NFL or collector sites sell. This is probably why Allen absolutely refuses to sign full size helmets. Might be contractedly not allowed to.

That was the time to address his perceived salary underpaid issue. Or he should have not agreed to the restructure. His agent blew it.
He gets paid plenty for his output. Not NFL fault as players become FA and reset market higher.

2 games actually. They wore them in Houston when Oilers wore their throwbacks that year. Each team was allowed a home game for throwbacks and wore them if playing at any road throwback game hosted by the home team.

if the red helmets are coming back as throwbacks, then the logo needs to be resized up the 15% they reduced it when rolling out the current white helmets.
If they designate the Red helmet and uni as an alternate, then they can do anything they want.

the real reason BonJovi's bid failed to compete was because of Bon Jovi unwilling to give up controlling interest. NFL rules require controlling partner to have a certain % of the money in the bid. Bon Jovi was only worth about 450 to 500 million so his group was limited in how much they could bid in order to keep Bon Jovi as controlling partner. So Pegula outbid them easily.
The other partners were Billionaires. They could have possibly outbid Pegula who was not completely enamored with owning an NFL team and only got into it late. And also due to Kim's WNY connections/desire.

My music love has always been a work in progress. At one time i only liked rock and i hated all country music, Elvis, folk, bluegrass, electronica, hip hop, rap, etc etc,....now i love all of that except old old country but i appreciate old old country as it is the Genesis of the modern stuff that is pretty good.

Hopkins can restructure any time and lessen the cap hit. Or even restructure with Cards first to lessen it for team getting traded to. Which is i assume, is what you meant.
And Hopkins said he is open to a restructure, so his movement/trade is available. Interesting though also is speculation that Cards may just release him eventually.

This is much much much much different than cash.
Getting a tax credit to reduce the tax burden on a businesses land to incentivize them to come or stay, is way different than handing them a check for nearly $1 billion dollars.
Walmart argues the amounts but not the receiving of the welfare.

rebuilding would have ended up costing close to a new one and they would still have been left with an old crappy one. Not good money management.
moving Bills to another site(Syracuse?) for 3 years during a rare SB window with aQB in his prime would have been the most epic failure in NFL history killing home field advantage making all games like a road game.
