Dinner is in the oven and on the stove, its getting late for me... the work week begins in the morning. Without him we would have no King Crimson... wonder if the show at Glen Falls is still on, think its supposed to be the 16th of this month. Robert Fripp would be the answer.

I am the same way about actors/actresses... most times anyways.

But I'd bet you have heard his/their music...

Here is a clue, a quote from him: "I'm left-handed, incidentally, playing the guitar right-handed. ... So my left hand is very similar, if you like, to a classical guitar position, and my right hand is operating in free suspension which demands a great deal of control."

Not Keith... he/they were a bit later on, the Stones had their first gigs in 62.
  6. I dunno, Blood on the Tracks and Desire seem like the same album to me... both excellent.
  7. A lot of people weren't happy when he went electric back in the 60's... the times they were a changing.
  8. Wait... I'm one of the ones who support MW. My mom always used it in her tuna/macaroni/celery salad... with sliced hard boiled eggs and paprika on the top. Got better every day till it was gone. Like it on "some" sandwiches too... mainly a good deli bologna/cheese sandwich. Now that we're on to the condiments lol nothing screams 60's/70's like this one. I bought a bottle a couple of weeks ago after 25 years or so of forgetting all about it.

Yeesh... haven't heard that mention in years. Someone has Got to pick this guy out... we were just discussing this topic a month ago or so.
  10. I have never been to Arlington but have been to the National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fl. Very large, very beautiful, and also very sobering... Here is a 3 or so minute clip of the cemetery if anyone is interested.
  11. What would a chair look like if our knee's bent the other way?

    He/they still perform... not Clapton.
  13. I did not know this... In the spirit of today I'm going to assume that its true:

Not an American... no correct answer yet.
  15. That is odd... never have seen a squirrel attempt a suet feeder ever... they can't get in there due to the cage. You must have bucktoothed squirrels up your way.
  16. I don't agree with all of this... he was for sure a good harmonica player and decent when he played guitar. Love the guy other than his first album all the way to the Blood on the Tracks/Desire albums... I kind of left it at that. Nashville Skyline is to me the Byrds Sweetheart of the Rodeo version of his, only with studio musicians. Have never seen Once Were Brothers... I'll look it up on youtube if its there.
  17. 1966, backed by The Band... boy did they ever look young too.
  18. They really are... they are formulated for colder states or states that get cold. Have no ***** idea why they are selling them in Florida... maybe farmers use them to grease the axles on their equipment. I did break rank and bought one a few weeks ago just to see again and not even the red headed woodpeckers would touch that pile of greasy mush. Before I threw it out I did wipe down the shepards hooks though... love you mr. squirrel lol.
  19. I had one in our backyard in Lancaster once... it was really low key though, no singers or anything like that, just games and stuff that kids could play to win little prizes. Thanks for the reminder, I had completely forgotten about these.
  20. Whenever it does get hot I'd highly recommend this one. Walmart sells them for around $1.25 apiece, don't even have to put them in the fridge to harden up and they are a hit here.
  21. Still, those were the days when people could actually work on their own cars.
  22. We had a 1970 Falcon station wagon with standard transmission... on the column. Reliable car, that's for sure. Forest green. Later on the parents got another one, a light blue Torino. At that time I bought my Dad's 68 Falcon for $50. My first car, loved that thing... boasted a massive 200 motor lol.
  23. This must have been when it was cold/cool outside... that kind of suet turns into a greasy mess here in Florida. The only kind I use is the no melt peanut/corn suet and it works just fine in the heat. I keep two of those feeders going at once besides the platform one (needs replacing) and the regular feeder. In the vid it mentioned the northern Cardinals but I just cannot see or tell the difference between the ones here so I don't know if that is a general term or there really is a difference. They are here all year long...
