Our next opponent….The NY Football Giants

IIRC their only first half TD was a defensive pick 6. -

ah ok. I didn't stay in the loop on it and didn't really watch much of their last game. I thought he left with a concussion. Even if neck though, if he isn't practicing today at all then it's unlikely he plays Sunday. -

He's in concussion protocol right? If so and he isnt even practicing yet then there is no chance he is ready Sunday. -
Probably because they aren’t telegraphing it from shotgun and the runner isn’t at a dead stop when he gets the ball while defenders are already breaking through the line as he gets it.

Miami dealt a blow! - Achane out multiple weeks!

I don’t think that changes much for Miami. Sucks for the kid. He was playing great but Miamis production will probably be the same as it would have been. -

Josh 38 Daboll 6 -
Yes but at some point the play ends and players can let go of the football. My contention is that play ends as soon as they hit the ground. Like even just a knee. That is down by contact. That is when the play is over. Both hands were on the football at that point.
-
Yes he has. In fact one of Davis big catches downfield, Kincaid cleared out and took two defenders deep with him.
-
I think it would be a nice get but I also agree with you. We have guys. Josh needs to do better recognizing the open guy getting him the ball. Dorsey needs to do better. Guys need to stop getting caught up in the same area of the field. Guys also need to do better on must have catches. I think we have the guys. Everyone just needs to do better. On the flipsides, we have obvious needs on the defensive side of the ball now.
-
That is my line of thinking but the rule only says this: As soon as they hit the ground it is down by contact though so IMO the play should be over right then and there. If that is the case then it should be Diggs ball. It's obviously ruled down by contact because they did not let the defender get up and advance the ball.

Yes, I didn't see the separate thread when I posted it. I also didn't see the need to delete it after I seen the thread. Guy is making a big deal out of nothing. -
I don't think you can challenge a turnover because they are automatically reviewed.

If you post something to me then expect a response. This will be the last one. -
I've seen plays that he is open for big gains and Josh isn't taking it. I think it was cover 1 that posted a bunch of them on twitter. Hard to do anything if the QB isn't throwing you the ball.

Again, you make a big deal out of nothing. I seen the tweet. It was 50 minutes old. I went through this thread. It wasn't posted. I posted it. You act like a jackass. I just went through this entire thread again and shockingly, like I said, it wasn't posted. Now get off my jock and stfu loser. -

No it wasn't. I went through this entire thread and I didn't see it posted. When I posted it the actual tweet was 52 minutes old. Get over it. -

Right? Thank you. Stuff gets cross posted all the time. I've posted stuff in gameday threads before that people take and make a new thread about it. I never complain. It's not a big deal. -

Yeah a whole 50 mins old when I posted it. Didn't see a thread about it as I was reading this thread about this game. Big deal. That happens all the time. -
I think people underestimate how hard it is to throw a pass that deep. Let that sink in... since 2018 Allen has a league-high five.... five completions of 60+ air yards since 2018. These passes just don't happen. https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/analysis-josh-allen-led-nfl-in-deep-passing-in-2022/article_7b4afef2-9050-11ed-922c-c3e8a2f6dfc0.html Want to criticize it fine but he gave his receiver a chance at a 50/50 ball and Diggs didn't come down with it. Personally, I think Diggs should have been credited the ball from a nfl rules standpoint but I can't find an angle of it showing clearly how both him and the DB came down with the ball. A 50/50 ball goes to the offense. IMO they both had hands on the ball when they hit the ground. As soon as they hit the ground it should have been ruled down by contact. It wasn't until after they landed that the ball got ripped away but whatever.

Id like to see you pull up a play where the Chiefs had 4 receivers running on top of each other like this. I also wonder when I keep hearing... "that guys open and Josh didn't throw it yadda yadda" stuff, if the receiver is even in the right spot. I'm beginning to believe they aren't. How do you trust anything with this offense?
-
This is what I am getting at. There is just something wrong with this offense. I don't every remember seeing something like this and it has been happening since Dorsey took over.
-
You can see this type of stuff almost every game. If it's execution then why are these guys so bad?
-
Whose to blame for this garbage? This spacing happens every game in multiple areas of the field going back to last year. I been making comments on it all season but no one seems to care lol.
