Depends what the purpose of it was, if they wanted to have more control over the outcome of games it's been a resounding success. If they wanted to enforce the rules more consistently it's been a massive failure.
He is a playoff calibre QB by definition, he couldn't get us here on his own but he does have a winning record as a QB and i'd rather have him than Blake freaking Bortles tomorrow.
