    Every team has holes. Especially since the cap went down this year, which made it really tight.

    Did anyone just see what Cincy did on fourth down and inches under two minutes to go in the game. Play action pass to the TE. Those should have been the types of plays we were calling today.

    Let's not blame that. Poor QB play leaving points on the board is what killed us. Doesn't matter if he can throw it a mile if that mile results in an incompletion most of the time.

    They were terrible down the stretch and were only 11-0 because of a bad schedule and luck.

    I disagree, simply because of the amount of yards Singletary got. Hindsight is 20/20, but Singletary gained enough yards on those run plays that they were essentially pass plays. So, no harm no foul same amount of time comes off the clock as if those were caught passes.

    I was saying that before he got the contract. I was saying that midseason last year when the talk about it started. I always wanted to make sure it was more than a flash in the pan year. Which, we don't know yet, this one game isn't going to define that at all.

    Yeah, but if you make contact on an under thrown ball you have to turn your head and look for the ball.

    But he did. He made contact with the receiver without making a play on the ball. That is going to be called DPI all day.

    The defender needs to turn his head and look for the ball. Otherwise, your playing the man and not the ball and that is DPI.

    This game is exactly why I wouldn't have given Allen the big contract until after this season. I needed to see him reproduce last year again before I committed long term, no matter the cost.

    I mean that DPI isn't a reason to call the refs terrible. That's the right call.

    What a dumb playcall on fourth down. He just looked at his first option and then tried to fit it into him.
