A bunch of people died and your first thought is to scour the internet for anti climate change propaganda…how absolutely pathetic. You think it’s possible to determine if a single storm was made worse by climate change within 48 hours of the event? And all this effort to try and justify an indefensible position, just idiotic stuff. Climate change is real, it will continue to make bad weather worse, resulting in more tragedies. Whether this event was exasperated by climate change isn’t really important at this stage.

We all better hope so…. And some of us are not blind political zealots, we have legitimate concerns.

The EU and Canada are working together to put an end to reliance on US defence contractors, to the tune of $1.25 trillion. I know the US doesn’t care or need anything from anyone, so obviously not on their radar. But ending dependence on the US is definitely on everyone else’s radar.

It’s wild that MAGAts find humour in Trump trolling an ally. Canada announced today that we’re looking to join Europe’s defence partnership and do so by July 1. The US cannot be trusted to honour their deals, so might as well accept that we’re no longer allies and move forward with allies that can be trusted.

This is exactly why it’s hard to get excited about giving McD weapons. The constant issue with KC beating us hasn’t been a lack of talent on the defensive side, it’s been piss poor coaching. So I understand the idea of dedicating assets to the weaker side of the ball, but we’re hoping for two things here that realistically won’t happen: that Beane can finally hit on D Line picks, and that McD won’t get out coached. In the latest playoff loss, we had a chance to win the game but our QB has zero weapons outside of a good line, and we came up just short. I’d rather just accept that KC is going to move the ball at will and give Allen weapons to try and outscore KC. At least Allen is capable of using the weapons he’s given…McD, not so much.
