Haley is pregnant with their first and Josh is going to spend the next year or so stumbling through life like a stoned Alzheimer's patient.

Dude... not gonna lie... I was literally wondering this last night and thought about posting it on here.  I decided not to and thought everyone would say that's nuts.

With that said, we all know Allen is a family man and kids are in the future... curious if the plan was to impregnate her over the Summer so she would give birth during the dead season in March or April.

Probably not happening, but honestly I'm glad you posted this thread.  At least it shows I'm not the only crazy one thinking about when Allen's having kids :w00t:

Looked like he hurt his wrist a couple weeks ago if I recall correctly

I think this is what's wrong. The broadcast flashed to him shaking his right hand after one of his rushing TDs and I was hoping someone would ask him about it post-game.

Doesn't affect his catching.. he has the most drops in the NFL.. he has a very low yards per route ran

His catch rate is significantly lower.. his efficiency numbers have plummeted to the bottom of the NFL

Josh Gordon went for 1700 yards with ghosts at quarterback in Cleveland... BTJ is Super talented.. I'm not giving up a first round pick for those last 4 things I just said

Now if he picked his game up from last year and they were trying to trade him.. yeah he'd be worth the first and probably more

Significantly regressing I would give up picks , not a number one and I doubt anybody in the NFL is going to

Considering Clayton only had 55 targets.. and Brian Thomas Jr has 55 targets and less yards than what Clayton had on 55 targets... But if it's 7 yd it shows Target for Target they're right there

Brian Thomas Jr is getting more chances in year two.. listen he was phenomenal last year nobody would want to give up a 22 year old wide receiver playing like that.. in my mind there just has to be something up

Of course there's something up, but it doesn't automatically make the trade not worth it.

He's playing in a brand new offense with a brand new Head Coach who is also the playcaller. As you said, he was phenomenal last year with a different Head Coach and playcaller. Maybe he's unhappy with his fit in the offense and that's the root of all the problems.

If so, I don't view that as a dealbreaker in any way in terms of trading for him. It didn't with Diggs. If we had the CAP space it wouldn't with AJ Brown.

He had almost 1300 receiving yards and 10 TDs last year. He did that in the NFL as a rookie and is under cost control for 2 1/2 more years.

I want to see this happen. He's a better bet than any rookie WR and would immediately step in as our #1.

Now that's interesting. What exactly does "expected to play" mean? I'll guess some rotated in snaps but White remaiming the primary starter. That is still a huge surprise considering McDermott has been constantly telling the media that Hairston is way behind on practice reps.

Maybe McDermott has finally reached the point of "throw the young talented players in and let them take their lumps that the fanbase has wanted.

Could we be on the other side of a wideouts having a revenge game?? Like to see Samuel show he still can do it.

I wish Samuel could stay freakin healthy.  When he actually gets on the field in relatively good health (an extreme rarity) over the last 2 years, he's done some really good things and looks like he'd be part of our main WR rotation consistently.

  7. For everyone freaking out about "limited" vs. "full" participation as defining factors on the health of these players, I don't think that's the case.  I've listened to Sal Capaccio (Bills beat reporter) on numerous occasions talk about how even though guys were listed as limited, they looked like they were full participants to him in the media portion at least.  Hearing his report yesterday about Hairston, for example, was enlightening.  He basically said that his own opinion before yesterday was that Buffalo would slow roll his re-entry into the team and wouldn't activate him until the Dolphins game, but in watching him practice yesterday, he said he wouldn't be surprised if he were on the active roster this week.

The same freak outs apply to all the other limited players.

Palmer, Samuel, Bernard and Kincaid really hurt the team when they can't play. Advantage Carolina.   Samuel is a guy that Josh trusts.

Milano i don't ever expect back, therefore not disappointed when he's out.  Happily surprised when he's in.

Shaq Thompson is better than Bernard right now, and since this staff is hell bent on keeping Dorian Williams on the field Shaq+Williams is better than Bernard+Williams

  9. I would like a Joshua Palmer update. He almost looked like he was gonna go back in the game last week when they were taping up his ankle but in McDermott's Monday presser I thought I remembered McDermott lumping him in with the week to week injuries. I could be wrong about that and hope to be corrected.

With that said, it really looked like Palmer was poised for a breakout game. Unlocking him and getting the chemistry going between him and Josh would be awesome.

I just keep going back to how Aikman and Buck in the broadcast were talking about how Bills staff discovered Palmer is a lot faster than they originally thought...

Both Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne are Hall of Famers.

So are Cris Carter and Randy Moss.

Isaac Bruce is a Hall of Famer and Tory Holt will be next.

    Jerry Rice and John Taylor.

I did say that I acknowledge there are others, didn't I?

So the most recent example is from 2008?

    Kinda reinforces my point.

Also, other than Rice and Moss, none of those guys are the force that Chase is. And Chase is looking like a legitimate contender to be in the "best WR of all time" conversation.

Swann and Stallworth, Rice and Taylor, The Marks Brothers (Clayton and Duper), Reed and Lofton, Irvin and Harper, Moss and Carter,  Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell, Holt and Bruce and am sure list could go on and on.

Now find me that ongoing list in the modern NFL.

Are there any from the last 2 decades other than Wayne and Harrison?

  11. Objectively the Bengals have Chase and Higgins. Flacco's strategy yesterday was basically to just get the ball in their hands as many times as possible. And it worked.

Honestly I've always thought Burrow is a little overrated. I'm trying to think of better WR duos in NFL history. None pop up in my head. I'm sure there are some. Can't be many
