In California, he couldn't charge that is she is on tape lying about her age, doc.  You already knew this.  Why mention it?

As you well know, the burden is on the DA, and as is true in 75% of such cases in that particular county, the DA didn't see a way to a clear win for the office so it didn't charge.  You and I have no idea as to how they came to that decision, but they did--it has nothing to do with innocence.  You know this.

Do you conclude, given this data, that 75% of allegations  of sexual assault in that county are determined by the DA to be simply fabrications against actually innocent defendants?

There is also a thing called common sense. How was she gang raped with her friends patiently waiting on her to finish getting raped before they take her where? Home. Not to the police, not to the hospital. Instead that happens the next day.

I’ve heard of too many cases where kids get caught in sexual acts and lie saying they were raped to avoid getting in trouble. The girl is a proven liar and underage drinker who went to a college party open to hooking up with grown men. Does that mean she deserves to be raped? Of course not. But it certainly calls her character into question and the validity of any of her claims. She later admitted to consensually having sex OUTSIDE. Her actions scream young lying slut. How anyone can give her the benefit of the doubt and believe her claims over college kids who had no record of such behavior is beyond me. I can see if Araiza lied about even having sex with her but from all I heard, he didn’t lie about a thing nor did anything knowingly illegal. Yet she has proven to be a liar and willing to break the law, yet some people insist on believing her. How does that make sense???

I’m looking at a 3 tech that struggles to get more than 3 or 4 sacks per season and maybe 1 forced fumble.

He isn’t elite nor great. He isn’t very good either. But he’s good. And that’s above average. To call him average shows you don’t know what you’re looking at

We'll see what happens with his legal stuff. We have a good punter now, luckily, so if he gets another shot in the NFL is will probably be with a different team.

Nothing really to see with his legal stuff. Despite all that was alleged, and all the pressure put on that DA’s office, they couldn’t even charge the guy in good faith. The investigation exposed the plaintiff as a liar. I believe Matt was doing nothing but average college jock stuff and ended up in a very unfortunate situation. I really hope he gets another crack at it. Not sure if it’ll be with us cause end of the day, optics matter. Glad to see he’s back to doing what he loves.

I think it was wawrow that reported Frazier's contract wasn't up. I could def be wrong. Still a little foggy atm

Well that sucks if true. I know it’s usually the HC’s decision and in this case I feel like if another playoff meltdown happens then McDermott should be on the hot seat

Beane is doing this to distract you from the fact that Frazier is still here

How is he still here? Did he get a new contract? It expires next month. I believe they would have gotta a new deal done by now if that were the plan. Seems they don’t want to “fire” him so they are letting it expire before hiring a new one. Just my thoughts.

He is the best quarterback in the league, and it is not even close.

He had two less INTs than Josh this season. Has a top 5 O line so doesn’t suffer as much contact in the pocket which eliminates fumble opportunities. Swap Mahomes for Josh and see if “it is not even close”

I agree Mahomes is better but to say it’s not even close is ridiculous. Josh can do everything Mahomes can. Mahomes can’t do everything Josh can. Better coaching is a HUGE advantage.

No he’s not in our division and yes we beat them at a decent clip in regular season contests but I still get that 🤮 feeling when I see this dudes face on the sidelines and hear the media worship him. He did nothing Amazing last night imo. If not for a freak untouched fumble by Hurts this game ends differently. History won’t remember it that way tho 😥

The halftime adjustment he made to torment the Philly defense will go down in the history books.

Mahomes doesn’t deserve the MVP award. Reid does. Did you see the last 2 TD passes? How perfectly scripted those were? How wide open he got the pass catcher on BOTH occasions? How Mahomes only had to not screw it up?

You guys can all talk about McD’s regular season success. But I envy the Chiefs playoff and Super Bowl success. They even traded a HOF WR and STILL won the SB the next year.

Eagles o-line dominated. Reid still won. Mahomes got hurt. Reid still won. No excuses for Reid. Just success.

Doesnt Bieniemy call the plays? Reid repeatedly gave him credit.

I like her and fine when her songs come on the radio, but boy was that a nondescript halftime show.

Then I go online and everyone's saying how wonderful it was.

    Am I missing something?

She is clearly pregnant. Like 4 months or better. What more did you want her to do?

  10. Locked in Bills is the #1 show for me. I’m not too into Xs and Os so Cover 1 is too much for me but Joe Marino is very spot on with his takes and analysis.

I must say tho it amazes me how many views and subscribers the Buffalo Fanatics show gets. All their hosts have horrible takes at time and their show is very surface. Can’t watch a show where I clearly feel much more knowledgeable than the hosts.

If he hasn't won a championship, he hasn't won anything. That's why they play, from the opening day of training camp, to the last play in the Super Bowl. If you could peer into the future,  able to see that the Bills would win an average of 12 games per season for the next five seasons, but be eliminated every year in the playoffs, do you think knowing that, Buffalo fans would be satisfied? Hell no!

Check history…it very rarely works out that you fire a perennial playoff head coach (who actually wins playoff games) and get better with the next coach. It usually gets worse. You allow the current coach to keep tweaking his staff and the GM to keep tweaking the roster and it’s clear McBrane is dead set on doing that year after year. It’s rarely a linear path to the Super Bowl. No coach is under the pressure of win a Super Bowl or youre fired. Too much goes on with injuries and the ball needing to bounce your way, is involved with being the 1 team out of 32 to win it all. Consistently being in the top 20% of the league while always seeking improvement is good enough to keep your job anywhere!

You mean the defense that, in their final playoff game, gave up 38 points to a team that averaged 28 points? And coulda scored more but it was a 30 point blowout? Oh yeah that “championship ball” plying defense.

  14. Lol @ “if we even make it”

We just tied for most wins in franchise history…had an 8 game win streak before the Bengals loss… and you aren’t even sure if we are a playoff team now?

Bills were top 3 in least points given up this season and now we gotta score 40-50 a game to win? 🙄

The sky is really falling for some of you so called fans!

With that said…I’d be disappointed if Frazier is  back but if he is…no way Id stop watching games and anyone who does isn’t a real fan. I watched every game during the drought years and not so spoiled that I’d throw a fit and stop watching cause of this.

Depends on how you look at things, your expectations, and your end goal.

This regime as you have stated has made 6 straight playoff appearances. No small feat and a nice accomplishment.

However, what has the team accomplished in the playoffs? Have they even advanced to a AFC conference game? Answer is no. What makes you think they can get over the hump?

If you are happy with consistent playoff appearances with constant disappointment then I get it. That's exactly what this team has done.

You can have hope and be optimistic about the future. I get that. Hope and optimism are great but it's no indication of future results. All we have is past results. Thus far, the Bills team has failed to meet its goals. The last two playoff appearances have been extremely disappointing. Imho, the cracks are beginning to show. Those cracks make it much more difficult to be optimistic.

Ummmm…we certainly did make it to the AFC Championship game…but anyways you definitely don’t go through a 17 year playoff drought…have this level of consistent success…then fire the head coach and GM cause they haven’t won you a Super Bowl yet. Without them we most likely don’t have Josh or even a legit shot at a title like we do now. How silly it is yo even consider major changes in leadership. We just need to keep tweaking away.
