  1. The real issues at play:

-first and foremost Hamlins health. Poor optics rushing to solution mode over this game the next couple of days. Not relatively important versus his health status.

-players really shaken up about what happened and lack of clarity on Hamlin’s health for several days makes it very difficult to ask then to restart this week.

-logistical nightmare to push back playoffs

A no contest is the logical decision IMO. The downside is basically seeding only. KC getting gifted the 1 is lousy but this best addresses the issues.

  2. The easiest thing to do, which is also the right thing to do (probably), is to not make these players attempt to restart the game. I agree with many a no contest seems the best path forward. Gross to award the chiefs the top seed considering they lost to both of these teams and had a cake schedule, but it’s the least disruptive option. It would be worse to push them into restarting the game. Changing playoff schedule effects too much.

    Generally speaking, I'm the same.

My only exception is Ted Nugent.  He's an ignorant POS.

The person who tests that the most for me is Kanye West. He’s probably the only one where is whacked out personality has effected my enjoyment of his work, which is a shame because he had a great stretch.

  4. Working from home is awful. You don’t get as much done and your internal relationships are suffering, stop fooling yourself.

Adults who get excited for children’s movies are nuts.

Corned beef is disgusting and anyone who likes a Reuben sandwich is nuts.

Not only do I enjoy Thursday night football, I wish they put a game on every night of the week during the season.

I have never heard of this, but I'm reading about it now.  Did you stream the series on HBO MAX?

It looks like it never actually aired on HBO television and it is not available through on demand.

I am about to get started with this new season and will probably come back here to comment!  I'm glad you gave it a good review.

I had to look up "Barry" though the title rang a bell.  Oh yes, the series with Henry Winkler!  I have caught several episodes of this here and there and agree it's a solid show, despite probably not being super popular.

Yes it was HBO Max should have clarified.
