true but as a QB I see him as EJ all over again.
People say Trüb might go 1st overall, whereas EJ was projected as a what, 3rd rounder?
If anyone is like EJ, it's Kizer.

Sorry for another speculation thread, but this guy works for optimum scouting, and wrote a piece on what his team has heard around the league.
— If there’s one strong quarterback-team connection, it’s Trubisky and the Bills. They’ve had strong interest throughout the season and draft process, and they actually were one of the teams he looked to for advisement when he was making his decision to declare for the draft. While I don’t believe the Jets will draft a quarterback, the Bills might trade with the Titans to ensure they can get to Trubisky before New York. I would be surprised if they target a different quarterback, but they’ve done their due diligence on all of them.
I believe that sending Terry out to meet with quarterbacks can't be a smokescreen for all that effort. I would not mind Trub here, but we would have to trade up and that is where things get dicy for me. Is Trubisky more valuable than fixing the gaping holes in the backfield?

I'd like a lineup of every qb since kelly
Van pelt
Edwards
Collins
Losman
Brohm
Fuel
Leinert
Holcomb
Fitz
Orton
Kolb
Etc
Kolb is dead. There is no Kevin Kolb. Kolb never existed.

TJ Graham.
That jump catch move was awesome.
I forgot he existed.

No thank you to all of them! They were all in a losing era! You may be kidding and maybe not, the list is sort of all over the place. But, no to all!
being completely facetious
in seriousness I would like to see Moulds or especially Kevin Everett.
-
Roscoe Parrish
George Wilson
Willis McGahee
Takeo Spikes
Shawn Merriman
Chris Kelsay
JP Losman
Trent Edwards
JEFF TUELLLL

Anyone who WOULDN'T resign Sammy, considering what he has shown he can do and what we gave up for him, is insane.
Jesus, what 17 years does to people.

Got to say, the new series is gonna take some time for me to get used to the new actors, but it's really very well done. I'm happy they brought it back.

+++100!
I really don't understand why people assume Cardale is any good at all. Please remember he lost his starting job on his college team - a starting role he only got as a third-stringer after two injuries ahead of him.
I'm not trying to hate on him - he has good basic physical tools, and had a brief run of tremendous success at OSU - but he was a 4th round pick for a reason.
Didn't he lose it because Urban Meyer's system was not a good fit for him? Thats what my understanding has been.

I said no, because a lot of things can go wrong QB wise next year that would make it pointless to trade up (unless someone like Luke Falk skyrockets, which could happen. I like him.). Darnold could stay in school, for example. I would rather see what happens this year, such as someone like Adams or (low chance) Solomon Thomas, dropping to us at 10.

@adamschefter
Just had an NFL exec tell me, "Don't be surprised if Myles Garrett isn't the No. 1 pick." Exec convinced a QB is in discussion at No. 1.
(Doubt this)
Now THAT sounds like a smokescreen.

@greggabe
It's my understanding that Buffalo was trying to keep QB workouts under the radar until North Carolina coached tweeted out pic from Sunday
Apparently Greg Gabriel unaware the Bills RTd the photo
does this destroy the "smokescreen" theory?
-
he was at Kizer and Trubisky but not sure about Mahomes since Monos was mentioned. Maybe had to be elsewhere
Joe B confirmed that Whaley was
@JoeBuscaglia Though not listed here, a league source tells me #Bills GM Doug Whaley was, in fact, at the Mahomes workout. https://t.co/qPUZf1dBC1

Risky comment. Are you implying something about whether he carries a lunch pail or has a high motor?
He also has a "presence"
-
I really don't understand Pegula being there. If he is attending draft eligible player workouts, what else is he sticking his nose into regarding football operations? I know I know...he is the owner and can do whatever he wants blah blah blah....
All I can say is the more involved he is, the more this team is f***ed.
Who cares? Its his team and the QB we draft will likely be the face of the franchise. Its understandable.
-
Hope he's a good hardcount specialist.
-
Watson = EJ
Nah, Kizer = EJ. Watson = Tyrod with better accuracy.
-
In a best case senario, could he be like Alex Smith? I have not seen much tape of him, but from descriptions Smith is who comes into mind.
-
send nudes.
No no no, you got to ask in a clever way! Try getting him to play hangman with "send nudez" as the answer
-
Yes, Simms is gone!
Now, get Joe Buck out of there and we might have something!
-
There is more evaluating a QB than that. Peyton Manning also threw a flutter ball. The one thing that consistently QBs improve the first few years in the league is arm strength (e.g Carr, Smith, Brady, Eli, Bridgewater, Dalton). Watson can put more strength on his frame so I have no doubt that number will improve. I think his floor is Alex Smith.
The thing about Manning is that he could put the ball anywhere he wanted with deadly accuracy (at least before he turned into noodle arm). Not sure if Watson can do that all the time.

Kurt Angle is the man, and that's all there is to be said.
-
Well, one guy only lasted a day, so, maybe that was one?
I think Johnnyp was trying to get banned.
Anyhoo, the last game was just a pitiful display. Showed how little heart this team had.

Just saw on twitter:
@Rapsheet Source: The #Redskins have agreed to terms with FA LB Zach Brown, pending a physical. Big-name free agent off the market.
Might have to go LB even earlier in the draft now. Shame, I thought he was a solid player back there.
