    There are too many regulations! Yes! CEQRA and the like have been a disaster! But increasing the cost of building is not the answer. People aren’t buying because there’s nothing to buy. Housing in the most desirable markets is impossible to get. While it’s not as bad as it was in 2020, it’s still horrific.
