Simple solution, find latest tunnel they are in and put some rozol( rat poisin) keep adding till you see it no longer being eaten and ensure you keep it out for ten days later, Guranteed to kill therodent and children. Well first ya need a dual LNB dish to allow for multiple receivers. If you have dual LNB than you dont split signal ya run a wire from lnb to each receiver. But back to your question if you are going to move TV around than you can split signal out of receiver one to each room and just move the TV to each room, but get a DTV receiver that has RF remote so you can change channel from any room. If you are interested I have 2 RF receivers with VCR controls and old round dual LNB dish that I might be selling. The receivers are last year model RCAs with VCR controls so DTV receiver can turn your VCR on/off and record so you dont have to be around except to feed VCR tapes.

Good luck but dont trust what a DirectTV installer tells ya always. Ask nervous Guy his story of trees. Plus I have my own story now. I have had DTV since 1995 along with Sunday ticket. This year we redid livign room so I went out and bought new 50inch DLP HD system. Called DTV to get the install done and decide to add Tivo as well. Installer shows up spends NO MORE than 5 minutes and says its impossible to do the install the trees around my house must go. I had signal strength of 85 or higher on current satelite. I called DTV back and got to retention people and asked if I could get my own local DTV distributor to come out and install and they would credit me difference between their price and his. So the local distributor shows up, installs new oval dish in exact same spot as old round dish and low and behold I have HD signal just fine and signal strength on all satelites is similar as before. It sounds like your guy tried but if he fails try a local DTV distributor since they have more interest in getting it working than the installers DTV subcontracts out.

CW how do you burn DVD from your Tivo receiver? I am looking for a way to take what I recorded on the Tivo to be watched elsewhere in the house?

Hey Chris maybe I missed something how with Tivo can I watch two games at same time. reason I ask is I just bought 50" Samsung HD and can do split screen and would love to watch dish picture on both sides. Here is the setup I am going for: In Living room with HD TV a new DTV HD receiver( Not going with HD Tivo since too expensive yet) with integrated over the Air HD antenna In Bedroom Tivo/DTV receiver with line to TV and possible output line to HDTV in living room. This way I can record anything and use Tivo output as one of the inputs for the split screen.
