  1. No, this is why you take the ball second. Chiefs are going for it on 4th because they have to. Normally you'd punt here but you already know the 49ers scored a FG. Now they can win the game when normally they would have punted.
  2. Nah I'd rather know exactly what I need to do. If you take the ball first, you get 3 downs. If you take it second, you get 4 downs. And you don't have to second guess any field goal or "go for it" decisions because you already know the outcomes.
  3. Seriously? They lost two guys on defense who are average at best and only play 50% of their team's snaps. We lost multiple All-Pro level players for the season as well as the remainder of our starters in the middle 5 who play 90+% snaps. There is no comparison.
  4. I don't think many Bills fans would call Allen the best QB ever, but he's been better than Mahomes in the last 5 games they've played against each other. We won 3 of those. Unfortunately they were in the regular season. The defense lost the other 2 in the playoffs.
  5. Yeah a big talking point that never gets mentioned during the playoffs / Super Bowl is that the teams that go furthest are the healthiest. Brady and Mahomes somehow never had to play with half their defense.
  6. Add Milano and that game is a blowout.
  7. They could start with not letting him get wide open in the end zone for the easiest TD he's ever caught.
  8. Yup. His weakness was play calling and run design but he had a great passing scheme.
  9. Not really. No offensive holding calls when they played Buffalo, infinite personal fouls against Baltimore. They're just another version of perennial cheater enabled by the NFL.
  10. "What's that, Mr. Mahomes? You think an offside penalty should be a personal foul? Sure thing, sir!"
  11. That, or if we had this officiating crew that actually called offensive holding against the Chiefs. Would have been Super Bowl bound after this weekend.
  12. Has any assistant coach ever done less with more? Glad another team is forcing us to shake it up. Maybe he'll be a better coordinator than he was a defensive line coach.
  13. Diggs dropped a perfectly thrown 60 yard bomb tonight.
  14. Josh played an amazing game overall, but he had two errors on the final two plays that lost the game. Winning in the playoffs is more of a competition between which teams are healthy and which are not. KC had zero injured players. We had half our defense out. KC also gets away with murder in the playoffs. They hold everybody on every single play and they never get called. They had the second most offensive holding penalties during the regular season and didn't get any tonight despite blatant holds on every snap. They were grabbing and bumping our receivers and didn't get a single flag. One of their receivers runs into our LB and we get pass interference.
  15. Those last two plays by Allen just lost the game. Missed on a routine TD. Then wouldn't take the short yards on 3rd down in 4 down territory.
  16. Top 4 what? Edge is not a position group. And sorry I stopped reading your list after the first couple scrubs you listed.
  17. White, Milano, Rapp, Bernard, Benford, Spector. Again, the talent level is not even comparable. Dolphins were not missing two entire position groups either.
  18. Still not as many. And the talent level of the injured players is massively tilted to the Bills. Like not even close.
  19. Miami had nowhere near as many guys hurt. We're literally missing our entire starting LB and CB corps and half the backups.
  20. Football is so easy when your offensive line can hold every player on every play.
  21. Buy: the Allen to Diggs connection. Value hit an all time low recently then showed signs of growth as demand is heating up. Sell: Von Miller. Cut the fat to allow for proper re-allocation of resources. Hold: McDermott's defensive game planning. His department has been decimated by personnel losses but he righted the ship and rallied a bunch of interns to an outstanding 4th quarter performance.
  22. Beautiful blocking on that Cook run. Double team, release, get to the second level and block again.
  23. He had a nice punt return earlier. And he doesn't muff punts. Also had a game saving catch last week. I don't want him as involved in the offense as he was to start the season, but I think he's being used perfectly right now.
  24. Good! To me, referees should only exist to call procedural infractions and blatant fouls. The reason the tush push works every time is the Eagles commit at least one foul every time. Usually it's Offside plus a false start. Hopefully the NFL starts applying their focus to every team in the league regardless of whether they have a cute name for their illegal plays.
