the Bills are never leaving
The only reason the Bills are viable in a small market is revenue from the TV contract.
If the TV contract collapses and the Bills need revenue from their own suite and ticket sales--they'd be out of here in a minute.
Pegs may not be looking for a huge profit, but I'm pretty certain he and she want to be in the black at least.

How he smuggled it in? That would be TMI

Hammer's Lot. Problem is normal GPS won't get you there because some of the roads are blocked or reversed on game days.
Maybe someone can get you good airport street by street directions (assuming you fly in).
Edit: an Uber driver knows how to get in, 50% chance

To answer your Qs:
#1 = Is it conceivable? No. He has about 8 games left under contract. Also he wants to be the starter.. no way he "mentors" Josh Allen.
#2 = Would Tyrod be open? Who the hell cares, he's under contract and can be traded to the North Pole if desired. What he wants is little of the equation.

Football Czar is just an added layer of management carp.
But since you asked, I believe the answer from the gossip during that period of time is: Tom Coughlin
Who trivia nerds would know was once a gym teacher at RIT, and coach to their football team.

Mahomes is freaking Dan Marino
Sure. When coached by Andy Reid and surrounded by a strong supporting cast.
Mahomes would be useless here coached by a defense minded HC, and Brian "fricking" Daboll. And never mind the QB Coach who is as helpful as breasts on a bull.
BTW.. you are beating a dead horse.

I was going to make a derogatory comment about ancient noodle arm Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Then I looked at who the Bills are starting tomorrow night.

Rule 8. Never run a group tab as a tourista.
They getcha everytime. I was with a group in NYC the bill was $2400.. I swear to God it shouldn't have been a dime over $1500, but servers leverage group confusion and alcohol to screw people. The host ended up eating the loss.
Me: Separate check, thank you.

In came the Harvard man to relieve Winston of his duties with 2:10 left in the third. He immediately proved to be a significant upgrade completing all four of his passes for 105 yards and a touchdown—a 72-yard bomb to Mike Evans—in his first two drives. Fitzmagic fully returned to life in his final drive of the game when took the Bucs 88 yards down the field for a game-tying touchdown and two-point conversion.
Unfortunately, Tampa Bay’s porous defense allowed Andy Dalton to march right back at his opponents and set up Randy Bullock for a game-winning field goal. But for a brief moment, the beauty of Fitzmagic was back and everything was good again.

Here is my unique and insightful response to OP: Someone should be fired for Mahomes, NOW!

The Pats probably can’t wait for this game.
It's their second bye week of the season.

God, I hope not. How classless and embarrassing to Buffalo that would be.

Especially embarrassing if the sex toy crew comes out.

DA is no better than Peterman. I don't care who they play Monday night.
No matter who plays, it will be an ugly slaughter.

Nonsense. The Bills are optimistic that McCoy will play per Rapoport.
Predicting a player's course through the concussion protocol is a fools errand--if the the Bills are optimistic, their judgment is worse than I thought.

“Sure, a winning culture means a lot in football. Not having a good quarterback results in a bad culture.”
Foot note (1 ) Not having a competent QB Coach makes a bad culture even worse
From my understanding, the Bills QB coach is not very experienced with NFL QBs.

People looking for a deliberate injury to any player, even Tom Brady, are just sick.
Having said that, I'd like enough pressure on Brady to cause one of his sideline hissy fits -- those are classic.

He went into the Blue Tent after the play. Once a player enters the Blue Tent, the process is outside the control of the team.
The independent Doc says concussion or no concussion, the team has no input, and the team must go with the call.
If the team wants to shelve a player, there are other easier ways to do so.

Aren't we Captain Hindsight.
I suppose if you worked the front office last summer we'd be 4-3.
I'm in a high level meeting now. But when I get out I'm calling Pegs to ask why you aren't in charge.

Home team fans always over-value their players,
KB is worth nothing. Maybe a 7th rounder at best, I don't even see that happening.

The fire threads are out of control. Anytime someone posts such a LAMP they should get a week detention (two weeks during bye week or off season) to stomp this fire out.
Strongly agree. I was being facetious in my comment.

Following the Bills:
- when dominant, it's a blast to follow
- when winning, it's fun
- when competitive, it's OK
- when they suck, it's torture
I've experienced all four levels. Domination was during the Levy/Kelly years. I never lost hope regardless of score--because come back wins were common. Even the 17 season dark hole had streaks of competitiveness and winning. But right now we downright suck. Even visiting TSW can be hard. I knew this was a rebuilding year. But I had expected us to at least be close in games. Torture.
Favorite subplots to follow:
- the Coach's strategic midgame adjustments. Let's just say there's not been much of interest there lately
- scouting, info is rare though
- draft, Bean's a trader--very interesting
- progression of newbies: love the Edmunds and Milano stories
- performance of elite veterans
-
Someone needs to be fired over drafting Chad Kelly NOW!!
I suspect the Bronco's Boards are raging. But really ought not be, Kelly was after all Mr. Irrelevant in the 7th round, oui?

As a Bills fan, I just laid out five grand on the Patriots* to beat the 17 point spread.
Oy. I don't know if I would have done that.
I'm looking at a close game, at least inside the spread.

Who the F cares what the next week's opponents fans are saying?
Maybe younger people care what others say.. but at my age I could give 2 craps what some other fan says.

Florida Resident Arrested for Throwing "Something" On the Field at New Era; Bills Looking for a 2nd Offender

Not sure what law.
But he certainly did break the terms of his Bills ticket. Throwing things on the field is verboten and will get you thrown out.
Now for getting arrested: I'd like to hear from one of the board lawyers.
