He does focus on the negative. I thought it was a good point about the play calling, however.
-
Everything I remember hearing about him points to him being a "team first" type of player. That's something a few of our other players should pay attention to.
-
I didn't see the usual "bull rushes" up the middle, either. Hats off to Tucker, also.
-
I question his comment about Teague being our best offensive lineman. Are our lineman that bad or is he way off the mark?
-
-
did anyone have the feeling that the Jets were just going to march down the field for the winning score? Our defense cannot "close out" a game.

Matt Millen... Now that is sick!
-
Thank Ol' Whitey... we're back to being a national joke. Go back to Pittsburgh... LOSER!
-
No...and my assumption may be incorrect, but I believe most of the commentators do extensive tape research of prior games. Even if he does. I am not saying his opinion is right... just that I consider him to be an astute commentator (still pompous, however).
-
That's ridiculous. Although I consider Randy Cross a pompous ass, he went out of his way to continue to praise our quarterback. He probablyknows a little more than you...
-
whenever there were questions raised about this team, there was a group of "experts" who made this comment everytime our "heroes" were questioned.
I believe in trying to be optimistic about the Bills... but to you chosen few who ridiculed every questioning post with that response... here you go... WE'RE billsfanone!

We better watch it... Donadoodoo will say how awful Bills fans are again... he'll be ashamed!
-
Yeah... but we have Donahoe to grab headlines on draft day!
-
Particularly Fletcher... he should have had a third personal called on a Brady hit.
I felt the hit on Morman after he was tackled was flagrant... and ignored by the refs.
-
a lot of late hits by the Patriots that went uncalled ?
-
I'd prefer some answers to questions before running Drew out of town.
On his interception, was it him or Moulds that blew it?
His fumble looked like a "cluster f**k". Did he screw up, did Henry, where was the blocking?
The last two minutes was just out of control... I don't just blame Drew.
He threw a few really nice passes today. I blame penalties, especially Mr Overzealous Fletcher and Coy Wire's "play"... if we are singling people out.
It makes more sense to use the old adage... "win as a team, lose as a team." Once this team and coach learns/remembers how to win, we will get better.
-
why we abandoned the running game? I did not hear any press conferences and have not seen any Coaches comments as to why we appeared to be "pass happy".
-
McNair and Manning had all day to throw. There were huge holes created by the line for runners. I know that Bledsoe is not the QB for our offense, but who is... Michael Vick? I really think that he could still be very effective behind a good line.
The bottom line... we have not built a good line and until we do will have a poor football team.

It really should not be a mystery why our offensive line stinks. We need talented players (not just McNally). Donahoe wants to keep himself in the spotlight at all costs. Instead of drafting lineman or building from free agency he makes moves that will keep himself in the forefront. McGayhee, the trade this year for JP... moves made to enhance his image. Same with Bledsoe and Milloy; seemed like good moves but I feel that a lot of the press coverage with these deals focused on the great Donahoe.
He is always available to the press when these moves are made but is unavailable or an arrogant jerk anytime things are not working well and he is questioned.
So many great teams spend the quiet work of building an offensive line and it pays off in the long run.
Why haven't we... one answer... not enough recognition for the king of ego. Blockbuster, controversial moves, and publicity for him... that is what is important to him,
Why out of Pittsburgh? Battle of egos. I really would prefer a low profile, team orientated general manager... not thie egomaniac (who appears to be wrong more than right).
So know we're rebuilding?!?!?!?!

He is so full of it I can't believe it. An ex-linebacker/announcer (Millen) has done a better job of turning around a franchise than this loser! How people can continue to defend Donahoe is beyond me. He is all ego and publicity driven. If bottom line results mattered (on the field)... he'd be GONE!
