  1. Bob, That would be GREAT for this team... This place would sell out just having "the chin" on the sidelines!
  2. 3 years was their longest non-playoff push.... We have not seen a 11-5 record since like 93? Wonder who is to blame here..... Pay a staff that is not fresh from retardville and there you go.... You got a team! http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2717313 Pittsburgh Steelers 1992 11-5 0-1 1993 9-7 0-1 1994 12-4 1-1 1995 11-5 2-1 1996 10-6 1-1 1997 11-5 1-1 1998 7-9 None 1999 6-10 None 2000 9-7 None 2001 13-3 1-1 2002 10-5-1 1-1 2003 6-10 None 2004 15-1 1-1 2005 11-5 4-0* 2006 8-8 None Totals 149-90-1 12-9
  3. Ill shell out whatever to see this team win.......... And this team would sell out if they were winning, with higher ticket prices.... Fans of this city want a winner (see Sabres... Sold out for the SEASON!) Why? Because they are a winner! Coached, Owned, and play like winners, so the fans turned their backs on the Bills and bought Sabre tickets. Good for them... People in this city are not buying Ralphs same old crap year after year. It takes 10 friggin years for this jello eater to finally say the O line needs help? YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! The main problem with this team is the owner. I thank Ralph for keeping this team here, but hell man. He is cheap and it shows. This team has been managed like a old farm outhouse the past 10 years. Here is a fact, Ralph has to pony up and show he wants to win this offseason or every game will be a blackout. Starting with our own FA's who are the leaders on this team. This we are "rebuilding" crap does not play man, it dont take 10 years to rebuild a team. What is bad is with this new money for the cap, Ralph will not be able to touch player bonus monies like Washington or Dallas can shell out... Sit back, enjoy the ride and hey.... Go Sabres!!!!! One Team, One Goal!
  4. Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been posting the real problem with this team... The owner! 10 cent coaches and bullcrap signing of 7-11 crud... I cant wait to hear what Ralph has to say with this new cap and how the signing bonus will almost DOUBLE! New NFL and new ownerships are needed.... It now takes a Billion to own a NFL team.... Good luck Ralph... Try signing our FA's first.... Then "shop"!
  5. Ravens in a blowout.... That D is clicking! This years Super Bowl is played in the AFC Championship game and the Ravens crank out SD by 10 points. Ravens D looks the same as they did their last SB run.. Super Bowl is a blowout... I cant even think who Id put their. Chicago but they are very beatable now
  6. HORRIBLE! I have never seen so many bad musical acts since watching a hour of the Big Joe's Polka Show... This South of the Boarder crap has gone far enough.... Speak English in this country or get the hell out!
  7. You cant build Hotels until you have 4 houses guys.... Happy New Year!
  8. PRELIM FIGHT RESULTS Fight #1: -Christian Wellisch vs. Anthony Perosh Round 1: Round opened with Perosh scoring with some leg kicks, and he got a takedown. Wellisch got back up and landed some punches. The round ended with Wellisch knocking Perosh down with a good knee, followed by a left-right with the hands and ground and pound follow-up. A Wellisch round. Round 2: Good round. Perosh got a right early that knocked Wellisch down. He got top position and worked some ground and pound. He was out-positioning him on the ground and continually worked for a choke. Wellisch scrambled up at the mid-point of the round and got the better for the remainder of the round scoring with punches. It's a tough round to score, but seems like a Perosh round - making the fight up for grabs in the last round. Round 3: Third round was a Wellisch round. He got the better of the round, mostly on the feet - opening a cut on Perosh's nose. Christian Wellisch def. Anthony Perosh via Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-27) after 3 Rounds. NOTES: There was a video displayed in front of the live audience that announced Georges St. Pierre vs. Matt Serra, Anderson Silva vs. Travis Lutter, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's name appeared, as well as the name Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic shown across a Croation flag. It's on tonight people. Fight #2: -Rory Singer vs. Yushin Okami Round 1: Round one saw Okami land some high kicks, but not really hurting Singer with them. Singer was pushing forward but not doing much. Likely an Okami round. Round 2: Round two saw Okami get an early takedown. Singer worked his guard and eventually scrambled to his feet. Okami got another takedown before the round ended, giving him this round also. Round 3: Round three saw Okami again quickly get a takedown off a body lock. He gets the mount and pounds away at Singer with strikes from the top. Singer taps from strikes at the 4:03 mark, giving Okami the TKO victory. Yushin Okami def. Rory Singer via TKO (strikes) at 4:03 of Round 3. Fight #3: -Gabrial Gonzaga vs. Carmelo Marrero Round 1: Round opened with Gonzaga hurting Marrero with a punch on the feet. Gonzaga followed in with top position on the ground and eventually got mount. Gonzaga then secured the armbar for the submission victory at 3:22 of round one. Gabriel Gonzaga def. Carmelo Marrero via Submission (armbar) at 3:22 of Round 1. Fight #4: -Thiago Alves vs. Tony DeSouza Round 1: Round opened with DeSouza trying to get takedowns, but Alves avoiding them. Alves lands a huge punch that drops DeSouza. Alves followed in and pounded away to finish up the round. 10-8 for Alves. Round 2: Round opens with DeSouza throwing wildly, but not landing much. Alves lands a perfect knee that drops DeSouza and ends the fight. Thiago Alves def. Tony DeSouza via KO (knee) at 1:10 of Round 2. LIVE PPV FIGHTS Fight #5: -Michael Bisping vs. Eric Schafer Round 1: Awesome near-round of action to open the PPV. Close round, back and forth but finished by Bisping near the end. On the feet, Bisping hurt Schafer a few times with kicks and punches. Schafer got him down multiple times and even had near-submissions, but ultimately Bisping would scramble out and get it to the feet. Michael Bisping def. Eric Schafer via TKO (strikes) at 4:24 of Round 1. NOTES: They aired the video package mentioned earlier. UFC 67 will feature the UFC debuts of Quinton Jackson and Mirko CroCop, in addition to the two title fights - Georges St. Pierre defending against TUF 4 winner Matt Serra, and Anderson Silva defending against the other TUF 4 winner Travis Lutter. Fight #6: -Andrei Arlovski vs. Marcio Cruz Round 1: Pretty good fight, also didn't get past the first five. Arlovski was getting him early on the feet, but Cruz got him down. They got back up, but Cruz had a leg. He worked for at least a minute, maybe two - on getting the takedown. Eventually the fight goes to the floor with Cruz pulling back for a leg submission. Arlovski hit Cruz with a kick to the face, which caused Herb Dean to stop the action for a warning. As soon as he resumed it, Arvloski got him with a huge punch and got a better position. He pounded away and the referee had no choice but to stop it. Andrei Arlovski def. Marcio Cruz via KO (punches) at 3:15 of Round 1. Fight #7: -Chris Leben vs. Jason MacDonald Round 1: Good round with it almost all standing. A few times they were on the ground, with Leben on top and he would quickly get out and back to his feet. On the feet it was Leben doing better with strikes, but MacDonald pressing him up against the cage, usually with double underhooks, failing at takedowns but controlling him. Probably a Leben round. Round 2: Another good round. Leben was doing slightly better on the feet, but MacDonald was landing knees to the body and punches also. He kept wrestling him up against the fence with underhooks, eventually got a takedown. After a lot of moving around, MacDonald locks in a guillotine that puts Leben completely to sleep. He didn't tap, but MacDonald gets the win via submission. Jason MacDonald def. Chris Leben via Submission (guillotine) at 4:03 of Round 2. NOTES: In between rounds, they announced UFC 67 would have Mirko CroCop vs. Eddie Sanchez and Quinton Jackson vs. Marvin Eastman, in addition to the two title matches of Georges St. Pierre vs. Matt Serra and Anderson Silva vs. Travis Lutter. Fight #8: -Forrest Griffin vs. Keith Jardine Round 1: Round one saw Forrest doing better the first minute, all on the feet. The second minute, Jardine was doing better. Forrest did more leg kicks early, Jardine did more late. With the hands, Griffin seemed technically better but Jardine was throwing harder. Eventually, Jardine rocked Griffin with punches, and on the ground pounded away until Forrest was out. Keith Jardine def. Forrest Griffin via TKO (strikes) at 4:41 of Round 1. Fight #9: -Chuck Liddell © vs. Tito Ortiz (UFC LHW Title) Round 1: Ortiz was winning as the round was wrapping up, but Liddell knocked Ortiz down badly with a punch and came so close to finishing him with unanswered ground and pound. Yamasaki gave Ortiz a chance and he got back up. He's cut bad though, and got rocked again by an uppercut from Liddell. Round 2: Another good round. Ortiz is throwing a lot of body/leg kicks and overhand rights. He failed on some shots, but did get behind Liddell on one and suplex him down. They scrambled back up pretty quickly though. I give this round to Ortiz, but it could go to Liddell. Round 3: Here's our finish, and it's who you'd expect. The round was leaning towards Ortiz slightly until Liddell caught him and finished with strikes. Ortiz was only covering up, not taking many clean shots, but as soon as the referee jumped in - Ortiz had just finally tried moving his hips and changing position. Not really controversial, but some might have a beef. Chuck Liddell def. Tito Ortiz via TKO (strikes) at 3:59 of Round 3.
  9. Come on man... Rules for Hockey fights... The man who either lands the most hits before the refs break it or the man who is on top of the pile once they go down on the ice... Point Max!!!
  10. I wonder if he earned a seat at Satan's dinner table.... Was Saddam that much of a sicko for that "honor".....
  11. We got to see some Arabs fly American planes into buildings and kill Americans... We got to see some Arabs float a boat in the side of the Cole and kill some Americans... We got to see some Arabs drag American service members and contractors in the street burned and dead.... We got to see some Americans get their heads cut off.... We got to see some Americans go to prison for "beating" terrorists.... Why can we see some nut case Arab hang with a good American made rope?
  12. Talk about everything clicking for the Sabres... Maxim won a FIGHT..... Go Sabres!
  13. There is plenty of discipline Joe... New generation of people now in. Ive been in half Army and half Navy for over 16 years now. When I first came in, if you messed up, you got your ass kicked and moved on with it. Now, we have the "Time Out" generation in and the military is getting VERY weak. Throw on top of these officers we have as leaders. Some of these guy were people you use to beat the hell out of in high school. The mental picture is not being handled in bootcamp. Bootcamp is a summer camp now. WEAK! All the branches of service bootcampers are givin "Trainin Time Out" cards and if they feel they are being stressed, they pull out their cards and the mean instructor has to leave them alone until they calm down. Im going to request one when I go back to the Gulf in May, pull it out when I feel stressed and tired... Im sure the terrorist will understand.
  14. Nice Darin.... Throw in there also these idiot parents who are crying because their children sign contacts to defend this country and OBEY the orders of the President... I just love all the quotes of "My son joined for college money, not to fight" / "My daughter was treated bad in bootcamp and then sent to fight in a war she didnt want to fight" This woman here is in need of a 10 inch penis http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/12/28/sheehan.arrest/index.html And so on................... Problem is we are now a country that thrives off all negatives and worried about others rights... Support your American Drama Queens, watch CNN!
  15. 2004 with Delta My whole friggin seabag! Over 600 bucks in uniforms
  16. Romo is a proud member of the 4F club Find them Feel them $%^them forget them Hats off to the man...
  17. you keep both, thats how you build/rebuild a team......... Ask the Ravens...
  18. You want to win? Sign your players.... Ralph's problem is his 3 dollar coaches and not holding on to players... We have been in the rebuilding mode for 12 years now and nothing in Ralph's plans have worked... Ralph thinks 20 years ago, not how the league works now. Contract will now rise with the new cap figures and Ralph DOES NOT have the money to pay these bonus figures that teams like Dallas and Washington will pay. Sad fact but I got a bad feeling this team is going to become a friggin farm team for the rest of the league. Sign Nate.... Im tired of this rebuilding crap...
  19. Only thing I need to count is how many times I need to fill your water dish
  20. 4-0 Sabres, not even 5 minutes in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. ' Mike, You are not along friend; I had them for about 4-5 years. Yoga classes can help you but the best bet is just to try and relax. One thing to implant in your mind is life is life and every problem has a solution. One of my problems was sleep apnea. I’m in great shape and this is something that overweight people developed but I had to have surgery to remove most of the skin in my mouth and throat. This contributed to my panic attacks. You need to get a sleep study done. If you need any advice or help man, pm me and Id be more than happy to help you out.
  22. Sabres should be gunning after they got crushed by the Caps their last meeting... Also revenge for the hit DB took.... Should be a great game! Im still gloomy after Sundays loss..
