' Mike, You are not along friend; I had them for about 4-5 years. Yoga classes can help you but the best bet is just to try and relax. One thing to implant in your mind is life is life and every problem has a solution. One of my problems was sleep apnea. I’m in great shape and this is something that overweight people developed but I had to have surgery to remove most of the skin in my mouth and throat. This contributed to my panic attacks. They put a bunch of games out for it. We got her Zelda and it comes with that Wii sports. It is a ton of fun. My wife go me fishing for it. Its is GREAT! Nice little system and easy to use

I don’t know any conservative military people... Enlisted that is! I would not call US service members dumb... We are given orders and we follow them... If pimp boy Bill had half a sac he would of went after Bin when the USS Cole was bombed... This is not a battlefield war like WWI and II. We are fighting a breed of people who blow themselves up for the glory of God. This crap is spreading like wildfire across Africa and Russia, Europe is busting up plotted attacks daily... So how do you stop it? You cant win the hearts and minds of people who are educated to hate us or their religion is based on there is only one God and that’s Allah, all others are Satan....
