The fair weather fans will start jumping off the bandwagon after 1 or 2 bad seasons. All these fools who say, "I have been a fan my whole life" are only saying that because they have been good for 20 plus years. They will shift their focus back to baseball and basketball again soon, or simply find another front runner.
It started happening last season; many are now Bucs fans. Can't say I will miss the female Masshole fans with their pink Pats*** hats.

He will end up in Dallas
This is a possibility, though I hope he stays in Buffalo. My daughter attends TCU and Jerry is revered there. I struck up a conversation with an elderly woman working in the Bursar's office who said she is a Bills fan because Jerry plays in Buffalo. She said he is active in the community there and purchased equipment for a local high school football team several years ago.

Why is everyone so against McCaffery?
You obviously have not drafted him in your fantasy league the past couple of years.

This seems like it could be a sneaky good signing. The guy didn't see many snaps in Washington because he had dudes like Allen and Payne ahead of him. He definitely fits the Bills in terms of what they're looking for in free agents (players on the younger side with untapped potential and just need a chance to shine) as well as in terms of players overall. His scouting report said he plays with "infectious energy" and takes well to coaching. As they've been telling new acquisitions in the McBeane era, come be the best Tim Settle you can be.
Thank you for not saying "flashes".

He is more then just a special teams ace....he feels a specific role of the larger db that can still move around guy. I felt like he was really starting to round into form last year.
IIRC, he was instrumental in helping to shut down Kelce in the regular season game at KC.

Starting out with wings and a bevy or two at our favorite local establishment then coming home to fried pickles, jalapeno poppers and beef on weck, all made by my Pats*** bride.

I remember watching this when it first came out and it is just as moving now. Thanks for posting, OP.

You are kind of proving the point that coaches will get better. Andy Reid was considered the king of choking when he was in Philly.
^ and also early during his tenure with the Chiefs.

I thought about the same thing right when the drive started. The loss was also so much more frustrating just knowing what a win could have done for Josh. People talk about why he doesn't make Pro Bowls or isn't in the MVP race. That all would have ended in one game if we win. With the loss it will be forgotten about rather soon. It's just the nature of the game.
I respectfully disagree. I had college buddies, who had not seen the 2021 Bills play, texting me they had no idea JA17 is that good. Even my Pats*** bride said he is the best quarterback in the NFL (and she loves "Tommy").

Bill Cowher, the judges won't take that? I jest. Coach McD is constantly looking to improve himself, both as a person and coach. He will be fine. and lead the Bills to the ultimate win.

Thanks for posting, Coach. As aggravated as I was last night, I am calm today (acceptance phase?). Our time will come. Those who saw the 2021 Bills play for the first time last night came away thinking this is a team that will be good for quite some time. I have many texts from friends and co-workers across the country saying as much.

It's either McDermott, Daboll or both of them.
That late endzone shot to Knox off playaction on the first play of the drive followed immediately by the tackle eligible TD was a pretty serious FU.
I was in a group text with some friends from high school and said the same thing.

Don't know how to post a link but Halloween by Dave Matthews - any live version.

Thanks Virgil, as always. I echo the sentiments others have expressed that your "thoughts" (and Bill's previously) and Shaw's Rockpile Review are a must read every week. Who knows, if the Bills get on a roll you can go out with a win!
