Just wondering, can you name a “boneheaded” sack he has taken this year?

    Well, just last week!

With the Bills facing a 4th-and-4 against the Dolphins in the first half, it appeared that Miami jumped into the neutral zone just before the snap to give the Bills a free first down. Allen was flushed out of the pocket and brought down by Andrew Van Ginkel for what appeared to be a sack, but was later ruled to be intentional grounding. Allen was angry that the apparent Offside wasn’t called, and the Bills quarterback could be heard cursing toward referees as he walked back to the sidelines.

Whether right call or wrong call by refs - it was boneheaded because Josh did not play until the whistle.

Allen might get fined for the waving, Lamb got fined last week.

I thought the same thing. I wished Allen showed more class.

However, (I have not had a chance to re-watch yet) it has occurred to me that Josh might have not been waving but making the hand motion of "Yapping" or "flapping your jaws".

I thought he was waving but I also wondered why all of the refs right there seemed to ignore it rather than flag him for TAUNTING.

I suppose my point was that the entire app/web ecosystems seems *****.

...and it has been that way since August!!!!

I watch GP every day when I treadmill. Starting in mid July , the site was offline completely for nearly two months. They just put up a message that they were getting ready for the upcoming season. BS or they hired high school kids to program the "new" site. (Which by the looks of it - that is exactly what they did) ;-).

    So unprofessional.

ooooops - sorry for the rant.

Between his age, cap number and now his constant battle with common sense...dash in some amount of paranoid behavior...yea wouldn't be shocking if it expedited his departure from Buffalo.

    WOW - well said!

Beasley seems to be "tilting at windmills". (Tilting at windmills is an English idiom which means "attacking imaginary enemies", originating from Miguel de Cervantes' early 17th century novel Don Quixote.)

You can't compare QB's like Mahomes, Mayfield, Jackson, and yes Herbert to someone like Josh Allen. They all were drafted and stepped into already established quality rosters ready to contend from the jump. Imagine if Allen had Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Jarvis Landry, OBJ to throw to as a rookie. How about being able to hand it off to Nick Chubb, Hunt, Ekeler, Ingram, Edwards? Or having a Bosa, Garrett, Derwin James or any Ravens top defender?

Allen had Kelvin Benjamin, Robert Foster and Zay Jones at WR. Frank Gore, Chris Ivory and an older McCoy at RB. Charles Clay and Jason Croom at TE.🤣

This is what sets Allen apart from the others. You felt and kinda knew he was going to be special even before there was any real talent on the team. Imagine how much farther along he would be if he stepped into a quality roster as a rookie like Herbert, Jackson and Mayfield?

This is why I liken Allen to Tarzan. As the saying goes, No Man Started Off With Less. FTR: I think Herbert is an outstanding young QB and easily the best QB from his draft class.

Also -  How many of the above started college ball at the Community College level ( ie an extreme deficit in quality team and COACHING )?

All of these players did not start the race at the same starting line.

    fwiw…. **** authority.

I understand, in this case, it’s the Bills FO and the NFL, but Cole, like many, sees the pointlessness and hypocrisy.

I stated before that I wish Cole would chill on the social media a bit…. But I certainly wouldn’t advise him to do so because “we need to obey authority”.   We’ve done that, for over a year… The more we obey, the more they take… and that’s the genesis of Cole’s frustration.

Relax on social media for your teammates, so they don’t have to deal with controversy.   That’s who he should do it for.  No one else… and certainly not “authority”.

It is one thing to protest or "defy" government.

It's a hole 'nuther thing to "defy" your EMPLOYER!

Consequences in the second case could be hard to swallow?

  8. The vaccine is merely the "topic" of Beasley's public rant.

The real issue is that Beasley is defying authority.

He is defying his coaches. He is defying the team's owners. He is defying the players union. He is defying the NFL.

If Beasley gets his way, it would be to the detriment of all of the parties listed above.  What, steal McDermott's authority? I don't think so.

Beasley is painting himself into a corner, unfortunately, apparently he has had self control issues with social media before. What he is doing now is making a mockery or McDermott's "process".  There is a line that you should never cross and that is to challenge your managements authority publicly. You leave them no choice but to fire you, just to preserve their authority.

Someone needs to talk this boy off the ledge before it is way too late.

    Just sayin'...

They are nothing alike. Because it is not recognized by the AKC has no bearing on whether the dogs exist.

    They do exist.

I can call a Sheltie a Colie but it doesn't make it so...

You should consider googling silver lab. They are adorable pups/dogs. Sky is most def not a whinereiner.

The name Sky is a nod to Allen’s college days in Big Sky Country.

    Thanks for the tip.

I did google "Silver Lab" and came up with information from the AKC - in short 3 colors of labs yellow, black and chocolate.
