He’s either going to now become legit elite and show all the GM’s what a mistake they made, or he’s going to spectacularly flame out a la Johnny Football—I just don’t see a middle ground for this kid like a Carr or Cousins route imho.
In Shedeur’s defense, he will not be set up for success in Cleveland. He might not even get a chance to play. And if he does, they have diddly poo on offense. Bad o line, Chubb is recovering and Judkins is unknown. Their WRs are middling at best as well.
would not be surprised to see stefanski fired after this season

May be the worst possible team for Sanders career
Agree. Wonder if Deion will step in to force a trade or release so he can sign with a team that would be more advantageous to him.
I don’t know if Shedeur will be a good NfL QB. But being a fifth round QB behind three other QBs, knowing a QB will probably be drafted next year is a horrible situation for long term success
-
Man. When will Shedeur get drafted? He’s gotta be in disbelief at this point.
-
To be fair, why would the saints ever want to draft him. Rookie HC shouldn’t want to deal with that headache.
Steelers make the most sense in that Tomlin can corral a personality like Sheduer. Not sure the raiders, browns or saints can

I would hardly consider Lee Evans a NFL legend

If we trade back, I'll be pissed. We don't need more picks. There is plenty of good talent.
Disagree. If we can trade back and get a third rounder that would be ideal. Then we can deal picks for picks next year if need be

Seems like ESPN is trying to make excuses for Sanders and stroke his ego in his fall

Would you move back to 34 for Thibodeaux?
Don’t know much about Thibideuax. But he so doesn’t seem like a player McD would want

When’s shadeur going now that the saints passed?
Pittsburgh perhaps? Or will we trade back with someone who will snag him at the end of the first?

Ed Wang was one of the worst draft picks I’ve ever seen this team make.
Nate Peterman for sure.
Another Buddy Nix era player Duke Williams was terrible.
Torell Troupe.
Loved that lineman trio of Wood, Wang, Levitre
Also, loved when we called Wang vs Maybin the Movable Force vs the Stoppable Object.
but I agree on troupe. He was God-awful. What’s worse is Gronk was selected only a few draft picks later.
I don’t think Elam is there. Elam has at least made some important plays for us over the years against Pittsburgh last year and KC last year as well. He was also ok against the Lions this year.

After watching today's game, we need new Defensive Coordinator. Also, I am extremely upset that Brady should have designed more running play for Josh. Jalen running opened up the plays for Philly against top KC defense.
KC looked a lot less discipline in their rush lanes today than they were against us in the championship game
-
Not gonna lie. Got goosebumps listening to that speech. Especially at the end where he says “Go Bills!” This dude absolutely loves buffalo and even though josh has no idea who I am, I take pride in him winning that award.
So happy for him and the organization

Miller will be cut
Allen extension to drop the cap hit
Trubisky cut saves 2.5M
They will have no issues not only making it under the cap, but also having money to spend - whether on resigning players or adding talent to the roster
I think they extend Rousseau too which will help as well

Um Samuel literally dropped the ball that hit him right in the hands and even though Allen didn’t lead him he still catches that and falls down for a 7 yard completion. Making it 3rd and 3. Curtis Samuel signed a 30 million dollar contract. 30 million dollar players make that catch.
That ball was on the ground practically. That was all Josh

Problem is all the good coaches are picked over by now. So not really anyone you can go after. I wouldn’t mind trading for Sean McVay. But I doubt the rams would do that
-
Maybe the issue is that the Chiefs know all the tendencies of McD and know how to beat him.
The offense has changed so much in the last few years. But the defense has remained the same and still can’t win. McD is ineffective against the Chiefs when it matters

Bs he's a hofer. You're trolling.
I think everyone here believes josh to be a HOFer. But from an objective standpoint, I don’t think he will get in the HOF because a majority of the media seems to have some sort of bias against Josh when he’s clearly an elite player.
To me, Josh seems like a first ballot HOFer if he continues on this trajectory another few years.

The combination of Hamlin and Elam was devastating in this game. It's bad enough that Damar is barely a replacement level player. Then he kamikazes our best defensive player and forces the entry of Elam, who the coaches clearly don't believe in. McD's comments at half time almost preemptively alluded to the disaster he knew would occur with Kaiir.
Elam is clearly bad. I think we just need to cut him. No one is gonna want to trade for him.
-
I think we absolutely need to resign Cook. He’s been awesome.
I would also resign Rousseau, Benford and Shakir. Let Bernard walk.
In addition, I’d try and trade for Crosby or Myles. Draft a DT first round. Need a CB. Elam suxxxxxx

Josh Allen plays his butt off. McD gets bent over by Reid. Refs have a clear bias in favor of KC. Yup, this was just about the most predictable outcome possible.
Yup. The league isn’t rigged. I just think the refs do have a bias in favor of the chiefs.
That bias cannot be quantified because there are so many penalties that should be called on the chiefs and aren’t.

I love McD as a coach. He’s built a great culture, developed a lot of players, but I do think Terry needs to consider moving on. If we stick with McD for two more years, we’ve basically burnt Josh’s prime and are on the backside of our “window”. Now is the time to make the move realizing there will be growing pains with a new coach, system, players, etc.
That being said, Terry needs to sell season tickets for the new stadium, the Sabres have been a disaster and we win a lot. For all those reasons I don’t see him making the move.

In review this was a rebuilding/retooling season. Getting this far was a surprise. Looking at the stats, the Bills defense was just as good as KC. Difference is at key moments KC's defense stopped the Bills. Draft bigger and faster defenders.
Gotta take advantage of the opportunities we are given. Chiefs were “down” this year, we got lucky the Ravens had so many unforced errors, Bengals will be back, Chargers are rising.
We had the opportunity to win at the end, but one of our premier pick players dropped the ball literally and figuratively.
I will say the Chiefs are fortunate that they can essentially keep Spags forever because no one will hire him as a HC anymore.
For the Bills, I think it’s time to move on from McD. He’s a great coach, but I don’t think his defensive philosophy is good enough to get us over the hump.

Can’t believe they didn’t give josh the first on the sneak at the 40. Looked like the ball crossed the line to gain. The ref who spotted the ball couldn’t even see the ball at its most forward point of progress
