  1. Just heard the guys on WGR talking about someone from NE asking if they would be in danger coming to the game Sunday. I'm all for a rowdy atmosphere and as a season ticket holder, I love the effect we can have on the game. But it's unfortunate that this fan probably IS in danger coming to the game wearing patriots gear. Most fans will not be idiots, but there are still a lot who will cause problems. Thoughts?

If available, would you rather the Bills sign Rivers by either letting Dareus walk or cutting Mario?

Or would you rather go after a QB in the draft and keep the Dline in tact?

As much as I love our Dline, I think that a good QB with a great Dline(minus either mario or dareus), wins more games than our current QB and Dline.

Curious to hear what you guys have to say.

  3. I used to work at Adventure Landing, a place where Pat Kane and his family visit each summer. One time I decided to make a $100 bet that I could make a hole in one on any hole that he picked. I missed, didn't pay him. For the next two years the we did double or nothing. I now owe Pat Kane $300 but he was pretty cool and never made me pay...and never beat me up!

About a month after EJ was drafted, I met him in an airport in Miami. I came up to him and told him how much I loved the bills, and how much our city would love him. Then I asked for a picture, and he said "nah man, I'm kind of tired right now, but hit me up before you leave." I walked away disappointed and angry. But when I was getting ready to board my plane, he yelled across the terminal and said "Hey man! You want that picture?" so I ran over and took the picture. Loved that he did that.

  4. Why not use the franchise tag on Searcy? Like our Dline, our secondary feeds off each other. Yeah we could let Hughes walk and probably still generate a big pass rush. Yeah we could let Searcy walk and still have good coverage... But why? I Think Searcy is a guys that needs to be signed at all costs, more so than Hughes.

We have three all pros on our line already that can make up for a less than elite player on the line if hughes walks. In our secondary, we have four "good" players. We cannot afford to have 3 good players and 1 below avg safety with D. Williams or Rambo.

    Sign Searcy!

  5. You have Richie pegged waaaay wrong. His team mates loved him in Miami and they did everything to sweep it under the rug. Martin was a pampered baby from the beginning and the OL coach for Miami wanted RI and the other guys to toughen him up. They didn't beat him, they didn't make him do things he didn't want to do. RI is your typical meat head and if anyone has spent time in any locker room HS, college or pro there is always 1 maybe 2. Ever hear the stories of Warren Sapp??? I implore you to google.

Couldn't agree more. Reminds me of steve ott. Negative image around the league, everyone hates to play against him, and he is the guy you want on your team, teammates love him

  6. I am so sick of NFL analysts grilling Whaley on the Sammy trade. Yeah Beckham had a phenomenal year with NYG but look who he had throwing him the ball! Eli got the ball to his playmaker. Orton and EJ could not do that regularly enough! I would love to see if Eli was throwing the ball to Sammy. I don't think that there would be any debate then!

If we got a gunslinger like Cutler, he would make a star out of Sammy and Woods. Yeah he would have some bad interceptions, but I think our defense would be able to recover. Get Sammy someone who can get him the ball so we can stop listening to idiots criticize the trade.

  7. That game sums up why this team is not to be seen as a team nobody wants to play.

Their defense will keep them in games and their offense will keep you in games.

Then it usually comes down to a mistake and the game swings.

The Packers game swung decisively on the Jordy Nelson drop.

The Chiefs game swung on the McKelvin fumble.

The Dolphins game swung on the safety.

Nine years after Dick Jauron was hired the play not to lose approach may finally yield a non-losing season.

The Bills are a competitive team but not a good team.

The Nelson drop washes out with the Gilmore drop for a pick six.
