  3. That would be a NO GO for me. Strictly by invitation only for Bills games. If you are NOT on the Guest List, book another time with my people.

  5. Had to make a fresh batch of Sweet Onion Gravy for French Dipping this morning. Threw in a lb. of Enoki mushrooms and some large Shiitakei mushrooms. I did not want to rely only on powder chicken stock so I also threw in 3 turkey wings into stock. Boiled it all for 3 hours. Served the turkey wings to my daughter before I blended the gravy. Tastes and looks gravy. Bought the baguettes fresh from the baker's oven this morning. I just need to grill the lamb chops and assemble the sandwiches Oh....score three 50% discounted balls of otherwise expensive Italian cheese.
  6. Damn!!! I completely forgot about that. The Afghan butchers near me often have fresh sheep testicles. Made them half a dozen times. I even have the long grill swords so they don't spin while grilling them. I will make a call when they open and see if i can pick up half a dozen. It is actually a testy and interesting dish.
  7. Fresh Bread tomorrow morning and it is a go. Temperatures rising overnight so I need this simple meal while I get drunk in the hot tub before the Bills game. Priorities.
  8. Just opened the fridge to give the lamb chops a flip in their marination bag. Lawd.....they smell good!!!

  11. Got two very large fresh Ontario lamp leg chops marinating Greek Style in the back of the fridge. Thawing out the Sweet Onion Gravy. Going to get THE best crusty bread I can on Sunday and what mean by that is Italian. The French are so pretentious.
  12. It's on!!! Fresh Ontario Lamb Chops on sale and I have Sweet Onion Gravy in the freezer I made 2 months ago. Just need a couple of fresh crusty baguettes on Sunday Morning.
  13. That was NOT mine. Just red. I did bake to get baked in those days but now I don't bake or partake at all.
  14. I had a Betty Crocker cook book in my early 20's and it was indeed red. I can't remember the plaid part however I did smoke a lot of weed during my undergraduate years. I believe I borrowed the recipe for Peach Flambe from that book which I used to make quite often when I owned my own flambe table. A very solid cookbook for beginners.
  15. Really? I have heard of good chicken wings sometimes being available in some Chinese Restaurants up here given they can certainly deep fry in peanut oil at incredible temps. It is a brave new world I guess.
  16. There may be some great food from Mexico but the crap that has been American Adopted is NOT something that I am a fan of.
