Yeah, I'm not sure either.

Sign Sam Bradford or Teddy Bridgewater, trade for Andy Dalton or bring back Tyrod Taylor, sign Fitzpatrick and draft a 1st round QB ( Means Peterman gets the practice squad treatment for a while ).
-
You dont cut him. You stop even considering it. Some things are bigger than salary cap numbers.

Not at all worried about his accuracy. I am extremely concerned he doesn't have the arm to make the throws he'll need to make. I do hope I'm wrong.

Absolutely NO chance he blows this up. They said last year that they weren't going to do that. They want to win now and in the future.
-
Bradford or Bridgewater for me. You dont have to give up any picks to get them like you would Smith.
I'd be fine with another year of Tyrod too I guess so long as we draft a replacement...and not another 5th rounder. A legit replacement.

I believe we're only supposed to mention the four AFC Championships whilst talking about Jim Kelly. Not a-hole quotes like, "Would you rather be in Houston, or in Buffalo?"
I'd rather be in Buffalo.

Sam Darnold will be a horrible decision for the team who takes him. And Nathan Peterman a franchise guy? Did someone open the liquor a little early in the day?

I want a QB that acts like him. Can you imagine a Bills QB dropping dimes on the Pats and then telling them to suck his balls? Cause I’m about that. I’m really about that.
Thats a good sport right there! lol

I’d be thrilled if we got Mayfield.
Same. I used to be pretty anti drafting him, but I've warmed up to the idea.

I truly hate to see anyone lose their job so I'm not going to sit here and clap over this. I wish him the absolute best in life and in his future.
That being said, this was the right move for the Buffalo Bills. I am curious to see how we move forward.

Its going to be an interesting Super Bowl match up this year. Pulling for Drew. To answer your question, I think its a lot closer than the media would have you believe, but I take Brady if given the choice.

Dalton is a Buffalo legend. I'd do this as he'd be an immediate upgrade over Tyrod. Now, that being said, speaking with my Bengals friend, he told me that Dalton shows up for the games that do not matter but will stink the place up if its a big game. I haven't followed the Bengals much so I'm not sure how true that is.

I've come around to figuring out a way to draft Baker Mayfield. I hear the Manziel comparisons but I believe they are way, way off. This guy has that "it" factor that will win a franchise a lot of games down the road. We need that swagger.

37 yards down the left sideline to KB. 1st down Buffalo into Jacksonville territory.

If you don't think McDermott had a lot to do with where we are, you're an idiot.
It's only going to get better. Enjoy your miserable pessimism.

He's going to be a, I struggle to put this with enough enthusiasm, A MASSIVE BUST!!!!
He is NOT a starting NFL calibar QB unless you love losing. Let someone else make this mistake please.
Go back through my posts.
SAM DARNOLD SUCKS!!!!

That hilarious. Some of you really need to lighten up.
What is he good at?
I'd only use him in short yardage, goal line situations. Outside that - not much.
-
He has been dreadful this year, but I don't think its all his fault. Why in the world would you run him on sweeps / outside the tackles? Thats not what he's good at.

They rose in the rankings because they went back to what worked for the last two seasons. Duh Dennison!
Show's he's willing to adjust. Thats a good thing.

You don't trade Shady. You just don't.

Imagine the hysteria if Mcd started him Sunday lol. Or if they name him the starter, let him take the first snap and have it to Shady, then play Tyrod the rest of the game.
Rob Johnson / Doug Flutie all over again.

Id still.argue b7ffalo is extremely dangerous in a playoff scenario.
A dynamic running qb two huge wrs and nothing to lose is not something id want to face....
This isnt best of 7
Like the way you think. Nice change from the mostly negative from people here.
We certainly have a punchers chance if we make the playoffs. I wouldn't be totally surprised if we win one.

I could see another team in Texas or hell, Alabama.
Why not make a play for AJ McCarron?

What would he cost? If its say, a 6th then sure. Bring him in and let him compete with whomever we draft / sign and Peterman.
