  1. Kids home from college surfing YouTube TV and found this. I’m not one to watch these as I simply don’t have the kind of time many on here seem to have. This shows 4 or 5 critical plays with some nice All 22 views that show Josh isn’t quite as bad as some would have us believe. Mods, if this has been shared I couldn’t find it, please merge.
  2. Watching the Browns suck it up this year was extra SWEET after all the cajone washings they got in the preseason. “ They are who we thought they were.”
  3. Last year. He played in the first four games, 18 targets, 7 receptions, 1 drop ( if the Fox sports numbers are to be believed.) I agree that we had too many drops from everybody. Beasely also pissed me off with some of his crucial drops. Yeldon and Brown are the only ones I have no quarrel with. Yeldon aught to be in as a dump off receiver.
  4. Knox plays like Tarzan but doesn’t look like a natural pass catcher. I’ve watched a tremendous amount of “ He will improve with coaching “ posts on here over the last two decades. Let’s re- sign Clay..... Lonnie Johnson?
  5. Possible but I’m heavily skeptical due the ease of the catches that become drops. I believe we ended leading the league in drops. This is the difference between wins and losses. I want dependability over wow factor.
  6. https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/buffalo-bills-team-stats?season=2019&week=0&category=RECEIVING Ten drops in fifty targets is unacceptable! Worse yet, easily catchable ball drops. Even worse, drive killers. I don’t care how tough he is or what kind of circus catches he makes, I don’t trust him because he is the opposite of reliable.
  7. This has to end with Hughes/ Oliver viciously sandwiching Brady on a clean play that: - is a pick six - more importantly, ends his career and the Bill’s become known as “ GOAT killers”, having finished off Montana in similar fashion and circumstances ???
  8. Foster has proved effectively useless this year. As an aside, when he does get the ball he wusses out right at the point of contact. I swear McKenzie’s only purpose is the Jet sweep.
  9. Of all the receivers, only McKenzie has a better % of per attempt completions. He is tied with Beasely. I think if you put him in Beasely’s roll he has better numbers. I don’t think DW is the answer but seeing him, Yeldon out of the backfield and Sweeney or Croft over Knox( 10 drops!!!) makes sense if the goal is to complete passes.
  10. Testify!!! I haven’t had it in decades and hope never too again.
  11. The Flu, Which my wife has and so do I now? I called in till Monday. Should be good by Saturday( I hope)
  12. Norv Turner anyone??? He got Cam’s completion percentage up big time in the first half of 2018. Also, I think he may have worked with a few decent young QBs in his day. Old? Yes! But, the game hasn’t passed him.
  13. I was at that game. What a season!!!!
  14. Title should be,” Panthers are High if they want Daboll”.
  15. THIS!!!! Singletary into the A gap for a yard on first down. Singletary loses two on second down. We still have a shot. First time since Bledsoe I legitimately believed this .
  16. Living in Charlotte, I just watched Richardson forced to sell the Panthers. Richardson is a Cad but not on the level of Craft.
  17. Tangentially on topic, Belichick is a bad guy who believed that winning is the only important thing. If it requires cheating without getting caught, so be it. His players are a reflection of this. I so wish Hyde would have absolutely speared the heck out of Brady of that run , Helmet first. Brady was running and not sliding, like Josh in the first game. Alas, that is not how McD is coaching up his guys. I hate Edelman, Brady, Belicheat. I still hate Amindouchebag and he’s not on the team anymore. ?????
  18. The one to Brown, which caused me to freak out and hug the snot out of my kid, was thrown off platform while about to be killed. When he has no pressure( relatively speaking) and misses an open Knox twice in the back of the EZ or the two he missed against Baltimore early( or bunch he missed all season) that is what I’m talking about. He has yet to demonstrate, on even a 50% basis, that he can drop passes over the top to open receivers moving away from him. If he hit half of them this year we would be AFC east champs already. I SO want him to be the “ one” but he has a ways to go. NE beat us yesterday with a fundamentally sound team playing good football. Our O looked anything but fundamentally sound.
  19. 50% I hope he can learn to hit those over the top passes. I’m not sure he ever will. On the other hand, this Offense in general isn’t very good so I can’t tell. If he had an offense built around him that had lots of quick, straight line passes and a good running game he might be a world beater.
  20. Hyde should have helmet to helmeted him like the did to Josh. He was a runner!!!!!!
