Some of you are aware of my Mom passing away in March due to complications from the coronavirus disease. She was a HUGE Bills fan and supporter.

I have to tell a story of what occurred during Monday night's Bills/Titans game.

    This honestly did take place.

Some of you know how much of a Bills fan my Mom was. She loved "Her Bills". She had Bills memorabilia all throughout her home, she made various crafts with Bills themes, loved watching the games on TV and loved talking to me and my little sister on the phone during the games. Also, I was very close to my Mom. We live across the street from her and she was a big part of our daily lives. I was the only boy with 6 sisters so we had that "Mother/Son closeness".

Earlier in the day my wife put up a few Bills momentos that Mom kept on her porch year around in support of her Bills. One is a Large cardboard cutout of a Bills helmet and the other a four foot tall wooden sled with Bills Country on it and a wooden Bills Buffalo.

We were sitting on our couch watching the game on pins and needles of course.

With a little over 3 minutes left in the game, the Titans kicked the ball off to Bills returner Isaiah Mckenzie.

As soon as Isaiah caught the ball and started to run, we heard a crash behind us. We both jumped up and saw Moms Helmet & Sled had crashed to the ground as McKenzie was running for a 102 yard Kickoff return Touchdown!

I know this was Mom sending us a message that she was there with us and rooting on her Bills, I KNOW IT!

Of course a penalty negated the touchdown but MOM was there, letting us know that she still loved her Bills.

I know in my heart Mom was there, sending us a message that although not physically with us, she was with us in spirit.

I had posted this very picture before the game.

Yeah, and even when he is on the field he isn’t being targeted much. Think the Bills are trying to tell him something? Have to wonder if the Organization knows they won’t be able to keep him and Gabe Davis after 2021 and they are kicking the tires on that scenario. My money is on Davis.

I think last night the Bills tightened things up and didn't run as many multi receiver sets. I'm sure Beasley will get his targets

Not that it really matters, but I was surprised to see Trubisky carry out the (usually) trivial final kneel downs at the end of the game.

In considering pros and cons of having the (cold) backup QB handle this duty, I couldn't think of any pros (give Josh a rest?), but I can think of a con: A fumbled snap.

Wouldn't it be better for the already-warmed up starter, who has been taking handoffs from Morse all game, to handle the final duties?

I'm wondering why he wasn't in the game SOONER. WHY was Allen out there with a 35-0 lead?

Wow I thought Rico might  have had a shot at making this roster 🤣

Good to get the others back! Let's get some time in and get out healthy!

He had no shot at WR or DB unless a lot of  guys got hurt, sick,or suspended....

Anyone know if the vaccinated staff member, who tested positive, had to leave the facility for any period of time?

What does that have to do with roster moves?

    Pry shouldn't have drafted Rico.

They didn't draft him. You knew that, right?

Doyle is a prime candidate. Doesn’t look ready to play and got an injury today. We could look to sign another tackle instead of him (Hopefully not just keeping Bobby Hart). Could see Stevenson or Hodgins too, maybe a guy like Wildgoose too if they are worried he could get claimed.

I never wanted TWO rookie tackles on the 53. Brown looks like he can play. Bates and Ford can also play tackle if needed.

I don't ask this question lightly. This may be also be the first or second OP I have posted.

McDermott has obviously brought this team together and his relationship with Beane is amazing. That being said, is Daboll and his offensive system seem more important than McDermott and his, both, defensive skills and HC acumen to the Bills long term. Impulsively.

I want to assume and fully expect the Bills to let Daboll walk into a new HC job with Tribisky as his QB and we will fill that OC gap with someone, but this offense is humming. Like a well tuned classic car.

Are we confident that we can survive Daboll's absence?

This actually reads better than I expected it to...Vodka!!

How can you assume that Daboll's new team,if he does move on, will automatically sign Trubisky? What if they already have a QB they like? As a new head coach, Daboll won't be all that powerful.

Releasing 5 players when you don't have to before a preseason game is such bad management.  Wonder what player will end up hurt that you planned to rely upon for the regular season.  These are 5 guys that should have been getting a ton of time on Sat.

What are you talking about? Teams were required to cut 5 players today . Might see starters play more this week.

Hope he can stay here long term, Frank Reich II

Beane talks as if its just for one year, for Trubisky to re -set his career and learn from Daboll. But, what if he doesn't play enough to show other teams what he can do? Would Bills extend him or would he find a starting job elsewhere?

You could tell Bass was practicing directional kicks, so Haack was probably practicing something specific. If I recall, Haack isn't a boomer like Bojo, but he’s more known for good accuracy on his kicks.

That is what I was wondering . Haack was pretty good vs. Detroit.
