  1. Perhaps the greatest problem on the team, right there. I agree with you completely. We finally just line up and blow guys off the line and have a good run game. So, they abandon that the first chance they get. Not a singly pass attempt more than 15 yards past the LOS. Horrible.
  2. A Parent gives a 10yer old a loaded hand gun. The kids shoots himself in the foot. Do you blame the kid for being too dumb to not know any better thant to shoot himself? Or do you blame the parent for giving the kid the gun? It's the parent's job to know what's best for the kid. Just like it's the HCs job to know what gives his players the best chance to win.
  3. Johnson is definitely looking good. I think he caught more slants today than any Bills' WR in the last year totaled.
  4. But you don't want a big pass play there. In fact, that's the last thing you need. You just need to run time off the clock and get a first down. Running and only getting 3 yards would have been great there. 3rd and 2 is a great down to have with 2 minutes left. One more short run and that game is all but over.
  5. For the record, I was never down on McKlovin.
  6. Lynch is averaging 4+ yards per carry. It's 2nd and 5. There's 2 minutes left in the game. We're deep on our side of the field with a narrow lead. The play call is a no brainer. Run the ball 2 more times. Best case we get the first down; worst case we punt with under 1:20 on the clock. This is football 101, especially considering how well Lynch was running the ball.
  7. He's one of the few guys capable of actually making a play. I wish we had more players that were hurteded by this play.
  8. Precisely why you do what 90% of the teams in the league would do right there.... run the damn ball. I swear, our coaches have no situational awareness whatsoever. In so many situations a roll out after 2 or 3 runs is a decent idea. With 2 minutes left, deep in your own end, protecting the lead... it's one of the worst calls to make.
  9. Knowing that about JP. Knowing why you benched him for a rookie. Yet, you still put the game in his hands? So, who's to blame here? JP for doing what he does or the coaches for letting him do it?
  10. Quite literally coaching lost this game. Run Lynch 2 more times. Worst case scenario.... he doesn't get the first down and the Jets get the ball with about 70 yardss to go and less than 1:20 on the clock. Best case scenario... he gets the first down and game all but over. Any complete pass there and so what... it's still 2 minute warning, Jets with time outs. So I ask who do you give the ball to with the game on the line... your best offensive player - Lynch; or JP. Just stupid. It's called putting your players in a position to win, and Jauron et al. have zero sense of that.
  11. How in the fuggin hell do you make that play call!
  12. I've been saying it all year... just line up man on man and pound the ball at them. That's what our line and backs do best.
  13. Quoted for truth.
  14. Agreed. I'd say another problem with some of JPs passes are they're too hard. It almost looks like the receivers aren't expecting it that fast. Love me some MKloven@ craps!
  15. There are a multitude of problems with our offense, but the lack of stretching the field is astounding. Why do we never try it? The entire defense is playing short passes and runs.
  16. Why do our DBs look like they're afraid to hit anyone?
  17. Nice to know someone wishes I would die because I'm cheering for a Bills QB to be good and win us a game.
  18. First, JP is a one trick pony that can only throw deep to Evans. Then he runs a TD. Then, that's all he's good at - running. Then he throws a strike TD pass on the slant (something we haven't seen ALL season). But anyone could have done that according to you. So now, he throws dump offs and you say he sucks for not throwing deep. Seriously, did you hit on him and he turn you down? Get over it dude. There's other guys in the sea.
  19. they just ran 5 seconds off after we called TO ????????
  20. Are you really sure you want to see this??? I held up in a hotel room last week with the internet feed, and I'm still emotionally scarred.
  21. Talk about damned if ya do, damned if ya don't.
  22. So, basically, you're saying the problem is Turk's a failure.
  23. True. But, I wasn't thinking in terms of what the Bills should do, but what should JP do, if he wants to start. We all know that whomever is the backup next year is more than likely going to start 3-4 games.
  24. I've thought the same way about other positions, less so the QB. But our 2 TE, 1 FB set is essentially like playing offense with 7 guys on the field (the center does nothing after snapping the ball).
  25. Ironically, his best chance to start next year may be backing up Trent again. He's almost guaranteed to get some starts.
