Not sure about Fitz. When ever your starter is struggling you want to role the dice and take a chance on Fitzmagic. But then Fitztragic shows up and ***** up everything. Too good to be backup yet too bad to be starter. Forever in limbo..

I've said it before, his year 1 was soooo terrible that people really want to ignore his decent year 2. Good to see the kid is putting in work. Hope he really breaks through this year and makes a lot of us eat some crow..

I keep hearing the seahawks are a strong play too. I like the 1 year prove it deal idea for both sides, but as long as it is cost effective. If he explodes this year though, he will sadly be gone and we will be looking for multiple DE going forward if Hughes doesnt get extended too.

well thanks for clarifying for me as i didn't remember much about the game. I do remember the next week though when we blew out Minnesota at their house with that same qb and defense and the Barr leap was born. They should just sell their franchise after that one. no hope(using cowherd logic...)?

Wasn't that also the week that play calling got taken away from frazier post game for the ***** show of a defense that showed up? Became one of the best D's in the league following that game to end of season..

Yup peterman/anderson blowouts should be thrown out immmediately, and are 11 or 12 pt losses really considered blowouts now too??? Cowherd is off his rocker.. haha
Looking back the only blow out i see with JA was @GB when we got shutout 22 - zip.

Maybe he was trying to point out that JA on that Pitt team would have done well?? We will see this year what he can do when not running for life.
Side note: tired of hearing about completion %. JA isnt a dink and donk QB. Hes a gunslinger that is going to chuck the rock down the field. In effect will yield lower %. Brett Farve was a pretty dang good QB(prob the best gunslinger of all time) that never dazzled anyone with a fancy league leading completion percentage...
