They are going to reassign him to scouting in hopes that he will quit.

The odds of the HISTORICALLY easy schedule that they saw this year are not likely.
Their best win was the .500 Dallas Cowboys in Dallas. Outside of that they beat absolutely no one unless you consider the Mariota lead Titans a good team.
The Mariota titans were a 500 team coming into buffalo. And the 2018 schedule was just as easy. We just didn't beat as many of the easy teams that year.

I know most of you want to dismiss strength of schedule but next season the odds of playing 8 teams .500 or worse is not likely to happen again.
Actually the odds of that are pretty strong. Its a parity league with salary cap and all. 500 is the center point of the league believe it or not.

If anything, this version would be far more entertaining for us. Id buy tickets and watch this live in a stadium.

What were the records of the teams we beat vs the teams we lost to? How did we fair against the playoff teams? The offense is very easy to defend. Don't cloud your judgment on a cake walk schedule
We lost by at most 1 score, to all the playoff teams. Id say thats pretty close. You are going to be surprised this year when the offense takes that next leap. Remember this post.

Jesus, this is the same thing as if we kicked an extra FG or scored the TD instead of an FG in the Juaron ball days
Our offense is easy to defend, we have no players that require double teams or that will require game planning to draw extra coverage towards our average/below average talent. We need 1 great WR, an upgrade over Kroft/Simth at TE, another RB and we need to replace 2-3 other WRs (Foster, Duke, Easley, Ray Ray). We could use another RT as well.
Edit: We have the cap space to add of these positions and make a splash in the draft for one of the best WRs
Not really. We made the playoffs this time around and went 10-6 after resting starters for a throw away game(juaron was forever 7-9). We def need play makers, but its not like we need to rework the whole offense. Josh is expected to take another leap here in year 3 and I think with a new piece or two put in place this O can be really really good.

I'm worried about next year, we couldn't beat the good teams and the offense needs to get dramatically better for us to beat them.
We were one score away, in all of them except 1. Closer then you think.

Of course the Bills are a better team--they certainly have a better roster. The fact remains that Gase turned things around in the second half and won 6 games playing who was in front of him.
This isn't as hard as you are making it.
Will see next year if it was scheduling or coaching for both the Jets and the Bills.

I addressed that.
Anyway, when the Bills went 6-2 were you saying the same thing about them and their easy schedule? Or when they lost to the lowly Browns? Or when they beat the Steelers 4th string QB by one score?
Yes. And i know you were saying that for sure from any roof top you could yell from.. ?. One of the two teams ended up in the playoffs if you didn't notice. So give it up and admit we are the better team would ya.

Which AFCE team went 6-2 down the stretch?
Did you even look at who they played down the back half? They had to play the same easy teams that we beat earlier in the year. Not impressed. Got destroyed by Baltimore and lost to the hapless tanking bungles.. Beat the Bills backups by one score.....

How bad are these reporters. Just noticed a Buf news article talking about Olsen. They said he was a first round pick for the Panthers Lol.
I forgot Olsen was with the Bears. The Panthers selected Jon Beason 6 picks before him.. eek....

He will get a ton. The rest of the team will get gutted because of it though. Salary caps and *****...

Here's what I don't get. The 9ers were running some pretty creative plays in the first half, and they were dominating the 2nd half up until the middle of the 4th quarter. Then, when it's 20-17 and 20-24, the 9ers seem to run basic plays. Why not run some of that creativity again when you're in the hole? Yes, they already ran it in the game but so what? If it worked in the first half, who's to say it doesn't work when you're down?
Agreed. I saw some really creative stuff on both offenses. Really hope Daboll turns it up this year and expands the playbook.

Was that the 3rd Quarter one? Couldn't remember how far that was to go.
I think so. It was short. Its a hard call to make, because if you miss it you lose out on the points, but If you make it have chance to add another 4. Reid got the extra 4 earlier, so looking back its like an 8 pt swing. Those coaching decisions are tough and can win/lose a game.

True but they were both 4th and 1 or 4th and 2. The 49ers in 4th and medium (which I think both of the ones your mentioned were) are not a 50% proposition because that are generally conventional drop back passing downs and that is the 49ers offensive weakness.
9ers had a 4th and about a yard and half and took the field goal.

Forgot that (& Lynch in the box signalling a TO)....
Yeah, i saw that later on. He prob not happy about that decision either. Its the superbowl. Time to pull out all stops to win, not go into a shell. Good learning experience for Shanahan I hope.

This game felt like the Bills vs Texans game, our offense and defense was unpredictable and aggressive in the first half. In the second half they went with just a 4 man rush and ran the ball right up the middle with cement feet Gore and ran a super conservative offense.
The 49ers defense stopped the KC offense and forced a punt on the 1st possession. I said this is where the 49ers need to be aggressive on offense and put points on the board but they went into Bills mode.
The Bills made the playoffs with this style of play but you will never win a championship playing like the 49ers/Bills in the 2nd half.
Agreed. 3 fn time outs and 2mins left in first half and you just let clock tick down because you cant get into the locker fast enough with a tie. That's a losers mentality.

Not being "the guy" and having to transfer for playing time for sure has to humble a kid. Was best thing for this kids career. Now he is "the guy" but from hard work and dedication. Hes going to be a good one. No way Cinci doesn't take him.

I've only seen Clyd Edwards-Helaire play a handful of times this year, but every time he looked really really good. Curious why hes viewed so low. Prob his size? Dude was legit steam rolling DBs in the Natty though.

Two things reasonable human beings do here are:
Don't send a cop into the locker room of an NCAA team celebrating a national championship.
Don't smack a cop in the a$$.
Therefore, if someone (the cop himself or his supervisor) is stupid enough to send the cop into the locker room for no reason at all, then there will be someone in the locker room stupid enough to slap his @ss.
This is completely an avoidable situation.
For all we know the university could have had them sent there. The NCAA doesnt hesitate to flag violations and take wins away from teams these days. One joint or an ounce of alcohol reported and sanctions would be flying everywhere. If i was LSU id have some sort of law presence there to keep the peace, but it prob wouldnt be that old dude thats for sure.. lol

?. Well i know its a football thing, but cant go around slapping asses at will I guess.. lol

Yeah, this doesn't sound like hazing, sounds like sexual assault to me. Is this really what kids do these days? Some weird *****. Can't ever say I've had the urge to put my genitals on another man, especially against his will.. lol

Given how they have drafted the last 3 years, they will most likely go O and D first 2 picks. Probably WR and Edge in either order. WR,WR,RB would be nuts but I sure wouldn't hate it. lol

New Playoff Structure

Why would it? Would just mean they had a ***** regular season but where the best team in the playoffs. I see no problem with this. The flip side of a 12-4 team demolishing a 6-10 team while my 10-6 team loses to another 10-6 team would piss me off a bit though. lol
