  1. One of the weekend staffers on Saturday suggested that the fans should give Tyrod a standing ovation AND the Bills should have a scoreboard video tribute to him…because he broke the drought.

Really?  You are trying to move up the airtime personality ladder, have all week to think about things to talk about for your small 2 hour window on a Saturday, and this is what you come up with?

Floyd is also 31, whereas AJE is 25.  If I had to put my money towards either Floyd or AJE, it’d go towards resigning AJE, so long as that’s not going to prevent resigning Rousseau in a couple years.  I’ll take a core DL of Oliver, AJE and Rousseau, plus other veterans or draftees to fill the gaps.  How much Von plays out the 6-year deal is another huge uncertainty too.

Von is toast as a Bill after the 2024 season, and maybe even after 2023 depending on how this season plays out.

  3. Bernard must have great instincts(unlike his predecessor) to have had the success he has to date.  It is unbelievable considering his slight build.  I know the new breed of LB is not 250 anymore, but he doesn’t look much bigger than Poyer & Hyde.

Anyways, good for him on getting the job done despite his size.

  4. If BB called AJE’s agent today, what would it cost for a 4 year deal? 10m per?

    More or less?

With the start Floyd is off to, they probably cannot afford him next season, and it would leave a hole if both AJE & Floyd both moved on.

totally and completely washed. Wasn't a fan of the signing when it happened, am even less so now.

    100% agree.

Hollywood Von would still be a Ram(and he probably preferred that) if the Bills didn’t empty the vault for him.

Haven’t noticed him yet. Hopefully he can ramp it up with spot duty for the next month or so.

Haven’t noticed him?  You mean haven’t noticed him in a good way?  He was on the field on the Giants last drive going half speed.

He hasn't played since last year. He had no offseason program, no training camp or preseason. Do people really expect Von to be in mid-season form right away.

So critical game moments is when he is getting his OTA’s? Not a great strategy.

  8. I am putting the cart before the horse, but if he shows very little the rest of the year, I cut him in the offseason, and take the dead cap hit.

As far as the present, WTF are the coaches thinking not only activating him, but putting him on the field. He is beyond useless right now.

Lol good one. I mean all it took was for cmc and deebo to get hurt and the refs to miss a million calls

So when you made your bold prediction, you expected the 49ers were going to go the rest of the season with no injuries?

What a great way to reward us fans of American football. Goodlell should just create his own new league overseas and leave the NFL.

I’ve mentioned this before, but NOTHING happens in the NFL without the owner’s approval. Lot of misdirected anger at Goodell.
