That's funny. I don't see him in this list...
http://www.nfl.com/stats/leaders/NFL/PNTRET/2005/regular
Maybe it's because he didn't have the minimum number of returns to qualify.

He is going to star in a new reality series named "Ole' Whitey, Mean Old Son of Satan". It will be like an evil/underhanded version of Candid Camera.

I know it's early, but....
If ML & MM decide that JP may not be the man and want to have a QB competition in the off-season, please tell me that JP's competition will be someone other than Holcomb?
PS If they decide that JP is not starter material come the fall(his 3rd year), it's probably time to move on in terms of JP's future as a Bill.

Round 1 - RB
Round 2 - WR
Round 3 - QB
Round 3 - QB
Round 4 - WR
Round 5 - TE
Round 6 - RB
Round 7 - WR
There....we are good to go!

Mawae will turn 35 later this month. Depending on his injury and combined with his age, I would be very hesitant to invest large sums of money on him.

Am I the only one who was watching the Rose Bowl angry at our playmaker McGee?
Had we just lost the Bengals game like we should have, our QB situation could have been answered by Vince Young or Matt Leinart with our #3 overall pick. Yes, either one of them could be "busts". But so could anyone else we pick.
But since we won that meaningless game, we'll pick 8th and draft someone on the OL or DL that probably won't make much of an impact right away.
Tired of the sexy pick? I'm sure you are. But with Losman and Holcomb, it's actually needed for once.
After the Rose Bowl, i'd do almost anything for Vince Young to be wearing a Bills uni next year. Flame me if you want, but I stand by it.
Are you related to JP-era? Wasn't he the poster who always wanted to trade up and grab the big name skill player?

I still believe after MM reamed him for dancing around in the backfield too much, he just seemed to be going through the motions. Sort of like when you yelled at your kids when they were younger and they would go off and pout somewhere.

Dominic Denucci
Tony Parisi
The perfect tag team!

Amen! Where exactly was Krumrie's impact on the DL...
Kelsay's regression from 2004? This guy was inivisible in 2005.
Adams controlling his weight to somewhere under 400 pounds? Nice commitment.
Turning Anderson or Bannan into serviceable tackles in light of Edwards getting hurt?
I don't care about his wrestling test that is supposedly gospel in terms of telling whether a prospect can become a NFL star and I don't care that he walks around in short sleeves in December and I don't care that he acts like a raving lunatic. Like the old saying goes, "If we can lose with the guys we have now, we can certainly lose without them".

AVP is a smart QB and look where is is starting his coaching career...as QB coach for UB. You just don't hand someone the title of NFL OC because they played QB and ran a no-huddle offense.
-
-
Levy is taking the GM position, so that he can fire MM and then name himself HC, which is what he has wanted all along.
-
UB side note...The bb team is pounding Eastern Michigan by 20+ points in the second half of their conference opener.
-
-
We're running guys out of town, then we're not running guys out of town.
We're firing guys, then giving them their jobs back.
Press conferences without reporters.
Pilots are the only reliable sources of information.
Senior citizens are taking over the world and running wild in the streets.
JPEra is allowed to post again.
Daimon Shelton is our MVP.
What the hell just happened?
Very nice. Keep it up and you'll be in the running for favorite poster with Tossy McSalad and Plastic Cup.

I don't know if Turner Gill has hired a OC or DC yet, but I'm hoping AVP turns out to be a good hire. GO UB!!!

Marv Levy commercial..."Life Alert saved my life. Ralph and I were in the office one day and he collapsed right on top of me while trying to properly demonstrate a swim move. Thank goodness I had Life Alert. They came right out and in no time had Ralph off of me. The great thing about this whole episode, Ralph is now a believer too!"

Our almost 90 year old owner is back to being team president...big deal.
Modrak who's primary responsibility is college scouting is still in charge of college scouting...whoopee.
John Guy is still in charge of pro player personnel...now I'm getting excited.
MM is back...no comment
TC has been fired...so what. MM was calling the plays for the 2nd half of last year anyways; status quo.
The only significant change is the one yet to be announced, which is Levy will be the new GM/Director of Football Operations...I love Marv, but where is his experience as a front office person and don't tell me about what he did in the CFL. That garage league is a couple of notches below division III football.
Call me negative, but where do I find the optimism in the moves stated above?
-
Don't be depressed. It's not as bad as you think... JG is not going to get a HC offer and MM is going to name himself OC because he was so successful after he took the play calling away from TC. Therefore, status quo!
