  1. Didn't really last long!? They almost killed him in San Diego. I live about an hour north on the coast. They canned him half way through his 2nd season I believe. They really hated him down there. Don't recall anything quite like it really.
  2. Uh, I do question most everything TD does. Because it doesn't seem to work very well or have much rhyme or reason. The big Travis Henry trade was very interesting. Example: A rookie QB starting with no proven LT, and only one o-lineman drafted in 2005. Brilliant! This was just an interesting sidenote: New England is underpaying for one of the best QBs in the league, and we let go the guy we gave a ton of money to AND a first round pick to them.
  3. Yeah, revisionist history or missing history? The very next year they realized what a HUGE mistake they made and pawned him off on us.
  4. So, you cast a vote for M. Williams over T. Brady, or also would like to see him on a motorcycle?
  5. Yeah, and if my aunt had a package, she'd be my uncle.
  6. How about this: Get him a motorcycle during games, so he can keep up with the speed-rushing defensive ends?
  7. Might be worth a shot. Although I don't think he's that stupid. Maybe buy one for M. Williams?
  8. Why does it feel like the entire AFC East just got worked by a signing which doesn't have anything directly to do with Buffalo? New England saves millions over the next 6 six years when signing one of the best QBs in the league, and Buffalo has to eat a huge contract for an underachieving right tackle. Another example of why NE is a great organization and will remain competitive.
  9. That's funny. At least he's not calling the plays.
  10. Answers that question. Thanks. Gregg went back to D coordinator, where he belonged, and Kildrive went on to QB coach. Wonder how he and Manning are getting on?
  11. I read a bit on the scheme he ran, and basically seemed that offenses caught up with it. Wondering where, if anywhere he is now, and what system he is using. Has he adapted?
  12. I think his durability is a huge question, given his inability to make it out of training camp last year. Didn't see the hit, but not getting injured I'm sure is stressed to these guys. Not saying it was his fault, so don't start flaming me.
  13. How long do you think he'll last in Dallas?
  14. I think any scheme that requires DB not being behind center is probably a winning one.
  15. I also like this option. Let the rookie earn his way in at center. Ross Tucker, though not spectacular, seems steady and capable. Could be the best interior O-line in years?
  16. I see it, I read it. Oh well, seems nobody else is that good either. Maybe TD doesn't draft that bad.
  17. AD references mostly players from Pittsburg. Not Buffalo Bills. New England has I believe 5 day two starters in five years, not rare for them. And they are obviously a much better team, much harder to make that team.
  18. TD seems to get a lot of credit for drafting, building the Steelers from the Kool-Aid drinkers. They seem to have done well with out him. Apparently Pittsburg Steeler management didn't hold him in that high of regard. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mcgee was a nice pick. He made the Pro Bowl as a special teams player, which is nice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  19. Am I really crazy for expecting some draft day two starters? Maybe everyone else is right. They still sound like Kool-Aid drinkers.
  20. No, I don't like TD because the Bills are 26-38 with him as GM. Wrap your mind around that. The number on the left is wins, it's smaller than the number on the right. This is generally considered not good. Oh, your friend TODD is my first entry in the "IGNORE USER" sweepstakes. Anyone who has to use the word "B word" in a post more than once, is either still a teenager, or not very bright. Probably both.
  21. You another TD child? Noticing a pattern here: anyone with over 5,000 posts, never mind. I should have the temerity to know the answer, but you can "guess". As to inane, the thread was about the draft. They do have a second day of the draft last time I looked. Put DOWN the Kool-Aid.
  22. I'm actually rooting for you now. 321440[/snapback] Please don't. You should read the thread before jumping on someone else's mistake. See page one (1) of the thread referencing 5'th and 6'th round Pro Bowlers. Again, I did not bring this up, simply responded, and the Kool-Aid drinkers don't like it. Regarding TD's success, we must have different opinions of that. One year with one game over .500 is not success. It's called average.
  23. That's the problem! This is not an argument, I simply asking where all the draft day 2 starters are on the roster? Don't see too many.
  24. Dear underachieving nitwit, those are very interesting pieces of data. I did not bring up the Pro Bowl, another poster on the thread did. What does this have to do with the Buffalo Bills draft over the last four years. I see one starter, McGee, drafted on the second day of the draft on our roster. Seriously, what is so difficult to grasp about this concept?
