  1. Jets over Bengals Bengals passing game struggling. Jets will shut down Benson. Cowboys over Eagles Cowboys are on a roll both on O and on D Patriots over Ravens Missing Welker has been overblown, Belicheat will find a way at home. Packers over Cardinals Too many injuries for the Cards and the Pack looks good. Would love to see Brees and Rodgers matchup.
  2. Absolutely. Carroll wants to get out bad, while the getting's good. The Pac 10 is holding their collective breath. It very well could be that USC football is in big trouble with the two rats jumping ship so far(McKnight and Carroll).
  3. I have to laugh. People complaining about too many threads, ESPN reporting Pete Carroll is being pursued (see thread), Leslie Fraizer REFUSES interview with Seahawks (see thread), and then a wannabe from ESPN reports this, which is obviously false, hence this thread.
  4. Not really dumb ass. Maybe you can be the TBD policeman to make sure to organize all topics. Otherwise, if I see a thread mentioning Pete Carroll's name, I know to talk about Pete Carroll and the Seahawks instead of seeing various threads mentioning the Seahawks and Leslie Fraizer or Seattle firing Jim Mora to say I think this is where Pete Carroll should be discussed. Let the other threads die now. Here, we'll talk about Pete Carroll and the Seahawks. Common sense.
  5. OK, everyone. Be sure to drill down 26 posts into another thread to make sure something has not been covered before starting a new topic.
  6. They say Carroll has been pushing the issue. That would explain the semi-unexpected firing.
  7. Lynch is too light to be a blocking FB. Sidbury did outweigh Lynch by 60 pounds. Chauncey Davis made the play and the ball just happened to come back to Sidbury, who made the strip. Lynch did OK, because Jackson initially got by Sidbury. As this play shows, the rest of the OL needs to do their job.
  8. Looked at Sully's chat. No real insight. Just spewing. What a surprise.
  9. Boise State will have their shot to prove to the voters that they should get in the BCS Championship because of those matchups you mention. Playing Virginia Tech at FedEx Field is a game I look forward to seeing. It is basically an away game, so a good matchup away and at home against major conference foes should give them some respect, should they win.
  10. Just keeping them both is a good idea. If you need an extra roster spot, get rid of McIntyre. Keeping both is necessary for working the wildcat.
  11. I agree with the top 4, but I'd put Ohio State at #5, maybe Iowa
  12. Tough watching that interview with McCoy though. He showed class and didn't cry like Tebow.
  13. Take Shipley on day 2 instead.
  14. I am glad that Gilbert redeemed himself in the 2nd half. He'll take some heat, but Brown set him up to fail in the 1st half by calling that timeout and trying to make something out of nothing. Bama National Champs
  15. Saban has made many bad moves tonight. He's a great recruiter, but apparently not a good tactician.
  16. I'm surprised. Ingram is needed on this upcoming posession. Eat up time.
  17. Really??? The guy will break in the NFL. It wasn't that hard of a hit. I wouldn't touch him.
  18. Phil McConkey = Jordan Shipley
  19. Yeah, tell that to Boise State.
  20. Just the most overrated band ever. Nickelback is headlining with Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin. I'd be walking out after Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin play.
  21. Shipley would be worth looking at though.
  22. Obviously, this fact has been overlooked by gfalk87. Thanks, but no thanks to Ted.
  23. Wow, that's pulling a name out of the archives. Dupree was quite a bit bigger though.
  24. Not the first time that McCoy has been knocked out of a game. A&M pounded him into submission his freshman year with what they called a pinched nerve, but he got taken off on a stretcher that game. That's about the only thing I can brag on for my Aggies the past few years. I don't think he could take the pounding of the NFL.
