    I am getting tired of this. Point out exact quotes by Bush where he said or implied that ALL Arabs are terrorists and cannot be trusted. From the beginning, I remember him being pretty clear that it is the extremists that he has a problem with regarding terrorism, not all Arabs. I could be wrong and I am asking you to prove me wrong.

    Again, the U.S. didn’t pick anyone. This was a business transaction between two foreign entities. They said that some arab states support terrorist organizations. Again, some. Not all. Some. Again, this is NOT AN AMERICAN DEAL. This is a deal between two foreign entities. No there isn't.

    That is what is nice about the state-level Congresscritters. At least they personally respond to your letters/e-mails. I am on very good terms with my state rep. If he and I are at the same event, he always comes over to say, "Hey, Ken." It helps as I am trying to push through the legislation I have written.

    That is what I thought, too. If it is too harsh, it will get tossed in the trash can before ever reaching the Rep/Senator.

    The Senate site is finally working and I contacted both of my senators. I also sent a letter to the editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Auto-replies were received from CNN and Rep. Fitzpatrick.

    I know it is too nice, but this is only the beginning. You need to slowly ramp up the pressure. If you peak too early, then it loses its impact by November. I want to see their response. It will dictate my future actions.

    Casey is no better than Santorum. I am basically screwed on that vote. Santorum sucks. Casey sucks and the Libertarian candidate Ken Krawchuk sucks (I have had personal experience with Krawchuk while working with the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania. He is not to be trusted.) Maybe that is why a lot of people were trying to convince me to run against Santorum in this election.

    Here is my letter: Too subtle? Two of the three reps are up for re-election this year. Santorum is in a fight, so he needs every vote he can get.

    But, they are only concerned for what is best for the American people, not themselves.

    Of course, I am trying to send e-mails to all of my representatives and the Senate site is not working. The House site seems OK and I sent a nasty e-mail to my Rep. I just need to now contact my senators. These people are really pissing me off.

    There is also that. All of this over a knee-jerk reaction by ill-informed and short-sighted Congresscritters. You know, there is an organization here in Pennsylvania called Clean Sweep. They were ticked over the pay-raise issue and called for a “clean sweep” or full house-cleaning of state Congresscritters. I think the same thing needs to be done on the national level.

    Funny, this whole thing had absolutely nothing to do with economic interests. It was solely about a bunch of terrorists taking over operations of our ports.

    To the Congresscritters pushing for this: Be careful what you wish for...you just might get it. I can just see the heads of the Dems explode if they push for a U.S. company to take over and Haliburton gets the contract.
