I'm just wodering if the Bills passing on taking a QB in the early rounds was more of a money issue than anything else. Are the Bills hoping a CBA is reached by this time next year that will put a cap on how much a rookie can be payed at a QB position? I'm NOT saying that's the reason so before you start to flame I'm saying COULD it be the reason? If so that's pretty sad. I didn't like this draft outside of Spiller but I'm hoping Nix and Co know what they're doing. I think the Bills will win about 4 games this year with the current roster but I hope i'm wrong.

That's 1. Like I said you guys know more about him than I do. I just thought Cody would have been the better pick and I've already heard a lot analyst today call him a reach. Actually I would have prefered the Bills to pick and O-lineman or QB in round 2 and come back to get a DT in rd 3. Are you OK with our QB's and O-line right now?

On what draft board was Troup a higher rated DT than Cody?

I hope your opinion is right and I'm wrong. I really do. I love the Spiller and Wang pick but I thought Troup was a big reach.

Yeah, If you look at it as a "Team need" I give them a grade of a D. If you look at it as best player on the board I'd go with a grade of B+ . I guess it's how you want to look at it.

He was just asked on NFL live who he thought the best player in the draft was and he said Spiller. Just a FYI.
