Noticed Trent throwing a little deeper and the few he hit to Evans seemed planned strikes deep. This is a contrast to last season, and it seems he's eased fears of not having a vertical threat deep downfield. Do you think we see more of this, or was it a gameplan for Seattle and their weak secondary?

Tried that..adjusted my caloric intake to 4000 calories per day and advised to take in small meals of 6 per day...afetr 4 mos of that my grocery bill went up, but the weight didnt!

Besides steroids..... Im trying to gain some weight..I have Chron's disease and am down to 195..im 6-2 and need to gain atleast 15 lbs..tried the protein shakes and they do nothing..any advice? Thanks in advance..

OK..make this short..neighbor has a terrier of some sort that she lets out and it barks at us non-stop until she is let back in (about an hr at a time) We are in an upscale neighborhood, but no HOA..ive tried saying something to her, but she says she HAS to let the dog out. The other night we had friends over and ate out on the deck, and then she let the damn dog out and it barked NON STOP until we said hell with it lets go in! Do whistles work? What does one do in this situation???
