  1. Huh? It's not about insecurities. It has real world ramifications. It's hardly "sticks and stones" at this point. Get your head out of the sand. White flag. DR just tore you up. Live to fight another day.
  2. Funny, I thought he won 7 games.
  3. It's good enough versus not good enough. Aren't you tired of being wrong? Join me, for once John.
  4. It's not confidence. Open is open. Throw the damn ball. Every franchise QB has some scrub WR that they hit when they're wide open.
  5. Explain why. Hilly alienated Bernie voters too. Lots of votes that just didn't show up for either candidate.
  6. Everyone voted in their self-interest. For once.
  7. Top 10 (or 11) picks are high first round picks. Bottom-line, you have a better chance getting the QB you want with a higher pick. Period. If the Bills had another #19 pick, they would have missed out on Rodgers and Big Ben. In fact, they did miss out on Ben in 2004 by going after the QB who needed a great team around him to back into the playoffs. No thanks to doing that again 13 years later.
  8. So let's edit the numbers, 18/31 QB's to play in the SB not named Brady in the last 19 years have been first round picks. Most of them high. Ben, Dilfer and the Mannings all went in the first 11 picks and account for 7 total victories over that time. More wins than any other group of picks, with Brady excluded. Luck will win a Super Bowl before the Bills do, so I'm not sure what's so funny?
  9. True freshman too. I like him. SB wins is a crazy stat to hold against anybody. Maybe we could look at who went to the SB over the last 19 yearrs. Obviously, Mannings 6x, McNabb, Big Ben 3x, Grossman, Rodgers, Flacco, Cam, Matty Ice, Kerry Collins, Stever McNair. That's 17 QB appearances, most drafted in the first, most of them high, to play in the SB in the last 19 years. If you throw out Brady's 7 appearances as an outlier, that's 17/31 spots. The rest are filled by Brees, Warner, Wilson, Delhomme, Dilfer, Hasselback etc. aka the fluke guys.
  10. Anti health care? Do you even try anymore? You used to at least be entertaining.
  11. You can't be moderate and prolife?
  12. How many times do I have to tell you that Kiko was not an All-Pro. Haha, they say they disagree with me because I play they hindsight game, then when I say what to do, it's absurd. A guy can't win around here.
  13. Vic really whiffed on that "Rex needs to make the playoffs or he's fired" story too.
  14. All stop gaps are not created equal. Peyton Manning was a stop gap in Denver. It seemed to work out. You look for your QB of the next 10 years while you have Romo taking you to the playoffs. Watson, Trubisky, Mahomes are my 1-3.
  15. So then starting with 2013 or did that get wiped clean with the new owners taking over in 2015?
  16. Why? It isn't like they hired all new people. Doug Whaley has been here in a position of authority since 2010. Why does his first 5 years here suddenly not count?
  17. How am I supposed to know which guy will go before we pick? You said Romo will be hurt by week 3. That sounds like an answer to me.
  18. Watson, Mahomes, Trubisky. Whichever is there. Oh so now you're the one who can see the future, eh? Give Romo $20M. We can afford it. Ditch TT. Mayock is a hack. EJ 2.0 ain't in this draft.
  19. Trade for Romo now. Ditch TT. Draft QB then Budda Baker with our first 2 picks. Draft Ju Ju in the 3rd. Leggo.
  20. Doug Whaley will be fired in the next 2 years. There ya go.
  21. Yeah I guess. Maybe DeAndre Hopkins, Kyle Long, Desmond Trufant, Tyler Eifert or Xavier Rhodes could've helped get there instead of EJ. Maybe 16 games of Khalil Mack, OBJ, Mike Evans, Anthony Barr, Aaron Donald, CJ Mosley, Derek Carr or Teddy Bridgewater could've gotten us there over a handful of hurt Watkins games.
  22. It makes what the Bills have done in the last 17 years more impressive.
  23. I'm asking for like, 3 or 4 worth signing. I mean, we did have high firsts and seconds. Not re-signing your first 3 picks, first, second and third rounders in 2013, and then having another bust in the second the next year is tough to defend. Incredibly, we would've had another disappointment if Cleveland didn't want to trade with us in 2014. Whaley wanted Ebron at 8. Could you imagine? 0-15?
  24. Oh and here's where you gave credit to Whaley for drafting Kiko. Tough day. 8 in 2013. 7 in 2014. 1, maybe 2 players re-signed out of that bundle. That's bad. Whaley's Rex-free drafts were arguably his worst...
  25. Having trouble keeping your story straight? If 2013 wasn't Whaley's, how did he mess up drafting EJ? Furthermore, if 2013 wasn't Whaley because Nix was still GM, why does Whaley get credit for the Hughes trade which happened only days after the draft and before Nix formally resigned? Is this really the guy you're gonna hitch your wagon too? And some more anti Whaley ammo. A 3rd round pick for Bryce Brown. Attempting to re-sign CJ Spiller for $5M per year. Frightening stuff.
