As much as I do not want this to happen, there is no question that Toronto could support a team. It's the 5th largest city in North America, behind NYC, LA, Mexico City, and (I think) Chicago.

I recall having a pretty crappy o-line in 2002 and 2003 as well. Yet, Travis Henry managed 1438 and 1356 yards in those season with 13 and 10 touchdowns respectively. I don't mean that to be a comparison of the two backs per se, but a good back can still flourish even with a poor offensive line.

I don't even know if it's so much that people would be unable to deal with a changing start time, but you must realize that it's certainly an annoyance to a lot of people, and might turn them off as a potential buyer. On the other hand, I know a few people who do shift work and can go to 1:00 games but not 4:00. I'm sure there are individuals for whom the door swings the other way as well.

I'm willing to bet tthe October storm had a small part to play as well. I'm sure that chewed up some discretionary income as well as free time for a lot of residents. Plus, considering the amount of cleanup still left for a lot of people, I wouldn't be surprised if many spent their December weekends taking advantage of mild weather to finish cleaning up. I know I did (but then again I went to 2 of the four blacked out games).

Nice try (I'll give you credit for at least trying to hide your attempt at an insult by burying it in a poor logical equivalent). Where this fails to demonstrate a similar pattern of logic is that you fail to clearly define the subject in terms of "giving" and "given" using an ambiguous subject as the point of the argument. There is no question as to the subject of who is being moved or to where they are moving in Willis' statements. Again though, nice try. Any other takers?

At any rate, I'm still waiting for Ramius or you to actually pose a counterpoint. Or, at the very least, discredit or disprove one or more of the premises used to formulate my conclusion. Instead you both have resorted to an arguement ad nauseam approach, which serves no purpose other than to flood this thread with more meaningless text. Demonstrate what is out of context rather than just saying "omfg out of context" and we might actually have something that resembles a proper discussion on our hands. Otherwise, I would suggest that you take a dose of your own medicine and "drop it".
