Correct me if I'm wrong but both Rex "Fat Boy" Ryan and Bill Bellichick are considered two of the better and more cerebral coaches in the NFL. It is not surprising that Chan Gailey (who is NOT known as a cerebral coach) has an all-time record of 1-6 record against these gentlemen, and I will bet you it'll be 1-8 after Sunday. I am fearing that Tom Brady is going to gut this defense like crazy and BB will have the last laugh over Chan Gailey and will call us "losers" behind our backs while praising us in the media.

Think about this idea. Chan has been ineffective during his tenure as Bills coach. His suspect Playcalling toward the end of the season clearly cost this team some victories. The 20,000 empty send a powerful message to Ralph Wilson, the Bills fans won't stand for the crap product he and Chan have put on the field. So here is my advice - fire BOTH Chan and Edwards and have Wannstedt lead this team. Wanny was a very good coach as was effective as HC of Miami. He was able to beat New England and he'd help our defense. The good thing he'd do though, is bring in a new OC that would not screw things up like Chan. Really Wanny as HC could be the best thing for this team

Ok is it just me, or did you want to take your computer and throw it out the window when you read the article about Ralph saying "I'll tell the fans one thing "patience.". It will take several years to be competitive since we essentially started from scratch." Huh? First off we've been "patient" since 2001 when Tom Donahoe took over a team in salary cap hell and literally started from scratch. Apparently old Wilson thinks 12 years of crap football isn't long enough. We'll have to endure 20 years abs then maybe.... Maybe we'll be competitive. It also bothers me to gear him say how we are starting from scratch. Buddy Nix inherited a slightly below average team (7-9) and has made then even worse. It just makes my blo It just makes my freaking blood boil when I think of Eveneazer Scrooge Wilson. What was your reaction when you read this article?

I was a little disappointed to see Bills defense play so well yesterday. Why? Because I think this win might give Chsn an excuse NOT to fire George Edwards. While they had a good game against a powerful running attack we cant discredit how lousy the defense has been all year long in games they HAD to win. I am hoping that improved Play has to do with Wannstedt taking a bigger part in the defensive Playcalling. Also speaking of Playcalling.... Wow... Chan stinks. We could definitely use a real OC. Chan makes Fitz look even worse Also don't forget that our "good" performance came against an offense with a QB who's not a great passer and s Two wide receivers who don't exactly set the world on fire

Aaron Maybin was another high draft pick who never seemed to play well until he left Buffalo. It's quite possible that great coaches like Dick Jauron and Chan Gailey have been unable to motivate players and to get them to play hard.

There's a lot of thing I learned from watching the Titans play against The Saints. Keep in mind, Tennesee is not much better than Buffalo but they did some good things and I would hope the Bills would follow: 1. Jake Locker is the real deal. Our coaching staff probably would have taken Locker in the 2nd round. The kid is the real deal. Tennesee has a risk-taking strong armed QB on the bench while old man Hasselback manages the offense. We have a risk-taking weak armed QB. 2. Good drafting on defense....In cruch time TEN got a HUGE sack by 5th round pick Karl Klug on Drew Breez. They've also gotten good contributions from Colin McCarhty at MLB. Our defensive draft was not so hot. Dareus might be good someday, but he's the invisible man in 2011. When has he ever made a big sack when we needed it. 3. Free Agent WR comes through big. Nate Washington was signed from Pittsburgh for BIG money because they desperately needed WR help. It paid off BIG . The guy has been a beast all year helping to pick up the slack from Kenny Britt's injury. 4. Good coaches make adjustments. Say what you will about Jerry Gray's 26th ranked defense, but the team made adjustments and held the powerful Saints offense to just 22 points with a maligned defense. Hopefully the 5-7 pathetic Bills can learn a few lessons from this franchise.

Fat old grump Wade Phillips would turn this defense around....I think he'd rather give up Texas barbecues and fast food than even work for Ralph Wilson again though! Sadly he left on very bad terms

Sadly I think that since Al Davis has passed, we have the least knowledgeable and the most incompetent owner in the NFL. As I stated before I respect Ralph for being a well-deserved Hall of Famer, but much like Al Davis his ownership of this team has been a liability.

I got excited when I saw the word "chopped" aka "cut". After watching Moats' pathetic play he certainly could deserve to get chopped.

If Wamny is such a good defensive coach, them why is the defense SO bad. I know he does not have final say, but shouldn't his involvement help this defense? Sorry not sold on Magnum P. Wannstedt
