  1. Oh. Man, this happened back in February. I never heard anything about it, which is weird, because they usually hype the heck out of any local story like this. Way to go, Best Buy. That's why I take my business to Circuit City. Ever since they finally organized the store (it used to be such a mess trying to find anything there), it's much better to shop at than Best Buy. The location in this story (Lutherville) is one that is known for crappy service and dissatisfied customers.
  2. Good thinking. With the 8th pick, we can get Takeo's replacement and then go after a holder with the 9th pick.
  3. The nature of the best, Brandon. It's like being forced to watch the Dallas Cowboys or the New York Giants on MNF or, even more painful, the New York Knicks on network NBA coverage. Automatic ratings. The network knows that they take a major hit in ANY golf tournament that Tiger is not in contention in on the day of the final round. So, they have to mention Tiger if he's there, even if he really isn't in contention. If he's way back or doesn't show up at all, people don't watch.
  4. Moorman? He'll probably be traded anyway. Nugent will punt too. He may even coach a little bit on the side.
  5. I didn't see it there. I did a search and didn't get a match.
  6. I dunno. Think about it, Mark: Nugent and 5 WRs, PLUS the 9th overall pick? Maybe we could get a really good holder at #9.
  7. Ron Artest will.
  8. I think they'd go for it. Then again, why would we want Taylor? His Wonderlic score, which is all that matters, sucks.
  9. I haven't heard anything about this on either the local news or on the news websites. This story may be a hoax. I'll keep checking.
  10. Yeah, this offense is truly devoid of playmakers. All we have are bums like Lee Evans, Eric Moulds, and that loser Willis McGahee. I think we should draft WR for 5 of the first 6 picks. After all, we still need to use that first pick on a kicker.
  11. Perkins is a great return prospect and would be a good contributor in a nickel situation. We could also look to Shazor to shore up the safety position or to maybe move to LB to give us depth there (he could possibly make the switch, and some teams are looking at him as a potential LB).
  12. He's good, but he's no JD Williams.
  13. You have to be registered here to participate in the draft.
  14. That one, with the rules, is closed but the signup thread isn't.
  15. Another *bump* for the 7 round mock draft signups, going on from now until the end of next week. The mock begins Monday, April 18th at 9am (EST).
  16. Yep, and they did a story on our very own long snapper, Jon Dorenbros.
  17. That Dorenbros is some kinda magician, isn't he?
  18. Yes, you're right. It was a very poignant, powerful story. It gives us all hope. We are the world. We are the children... Yes, you're right. It was a very poignant, powerful story that I too did not watch. I'm sure it gives us all hope. We are the world. We are the children...
  19. Will he ever be King of England? Ooh, ooh! The suspense is too much.
  20. So, what did you think of Dorenbros' story on Montel?
  21. In the interest of getting back on track... [the Tonight Show audience asks] How cute is he?
  22. Let he who is without......ahh, never mind.
  23. Getting slow in my old age.
  24. Now, why didn't I think of that?
