ProFootballReference has a fumble this year against Tenn. I don't remember it offhand either. It wasn't lost though, so one fumbled lost in Bills career.

TJ Yeldon's Bills career: 4.9 yards per attempt and 10.4 yards per reception. 6.8 yards per touch. 27 rushes, 127 yards. 14 receptions, 146 yards receiving. 2 fumbles (obviously not great), and 1 TD. I posted this in the Freeman thread but it probably belongs here. Yeldon is obviously not a world beater, but come on. He hasn't been bad here in his limited snaps. I'll accept fumbles as an argument, but it's too flukey for me.

Why wouldn't Yeldon play his heart out lol? I don't understand the love for inserting a player in his second NFL appearance into a high pressure playoff game that will be won and lost by who makes the most mistakes.

I don't need an undrafted rookie RB starting his first playoff game and appearing in his 2nd(?) total game. No thanks. Yeldon all the way, and see what Williams has next year.

Ehhhhh being the best at short yardage is relative. He's a bit better than Singletary I'll grant you, but neither have been particular good this year. He's a mediocre running back in a mediocre running back room. We need big improvement here next year. EDIT and personally I don't think he's better at blocking than Singletary. And again, if he is, it's not much and certainly replacement level.

Why not Yeldon? I don't recall his pass blocking being notably bad.

That's too bad about Moss. Not a huge loss though in reality, as I think we can get his performance out of basically anyone. Hopefully he takes big step next year.
