When Buddy took over the team he spoke about putting together a big physical team that plays to the blue collar mentality of western NY. He spoke about a big strong armed QB that Can ( throw threw those winds!! ). He laughed at Jauron`s cover 2 Defense. Last But not least he Spoke OF BUILDING THREW THE DRAFT.!! So if we grade those promises after 3 drafts. Big armed QB= F Blue collar Physical team= F Draft= F The Stache Defense awfully reminds me of Juaron`s D= F I`m pretty sure in the real world if anyone had this many failures at work they would be fired. Outside of the first round of the Draft what has this Guy done. His first draft was horrible he reached in the 2nd and 3rd round. T Troup, Carrington. This is the way u start a new era? Instead of drafting Gronk a hometown product that is mismatch from hell. Btw TE was a big area of need for us. In the 3rd round he takes Carrington from a small school. We could of gotten Carrington in the 5th or 6th round. 2011 draft 2nd round pick A Williams, Half of the NFL scouts had this guy projected as a free safety in the NFL. Instead of him we could of taken Brooks Reed, Andy Dalton. 3rd round he takes a mediocre Lb that should have been in the late 4th rounder. Instead of taken a Rocket armed QB like Mallet, or another LB like Justin Houston to help keep building his 3-4 defense. These are just a few examples of Buddy blunders. Point of the Matter is He Gotz to GO

i can`t believe Buddy Nix was laughing at the Skins when they gave up those 3 firsts for RGIII, Look who is laughing now Buddy. I was hoping the Bills would of made that deal. i would of even given them 4picks.... Franchise QB`s don`t grow on trees. It`s obvious that Chan and Buddy have no clue to what a franchise QB looks like, these are the same men that said they didn`t know what they had in Trent Edwards. Trent Edwards, C`mon man everyone on this board knew he was garbage. Trent Checkwards, really!!! Why don`t we just kick them tires on old Donovan McNabb, I heard he was in great shape. lol

i agree with the spread the wr`s out more. it always seems like there running routes right next to each other. I also agree with running the ball more. that helps us in 3 ways keeps Fitzy from throwing picks and it sets up play action also gives our D some more rest. -

I know FitzGarbage is trash, and it seems like he not comfortable with his new mechanics. But we need to try to change things up are offense has been figured out since the end of the last season. WE need to simplify this offense. Go back to basics -
I got to say that was a complete disaster of a game, Maybe one of the worst iv`e ever seen from our beloved Bills. The Bills looked like they were still in preseason mode. If there is a silver lining in this loss is that the season is just getting started, But Chan and Wanny need to make some adjustments. Here is some things i think we need to do to. #1- Put Barnett back in at MLB, Morrison at the weakside and rotate Bradham and Moats on the Strong side. K Shep is garbage. He is to slow, can`t cover, and the biggest thing i noticed bout him is that he can`t get the Defense lined up properly. The mlb is the most important position on a defense, They are the QB`s of the defense. he`s in charge of audibles and getting the secondary lined up. I think he doesn`t have the experience needed to QB this Defense. Barnett is a veteran he`s seen everything on the field thousands of times over. He has the skill set needed to QB this Defense.. Plus he`s still a very good player coming off a pro bowl type season. Chan and Buddy need to learn how to cut there loses. WE NEED SOME EXPERIENCE AT LINEBACKER!! #2- Put McKelvin back on the Outside. Play McGee and Williams in the SLOTS. McKelvin is not a slot corner at all. He`s better on the outside where he can use his athletic abilities better. Last yr he played pretty well on the outside. His problem was defending the deep ball, and his awareness on jump balls need to be better. With our pass rush he will be better outside. By moving McGee inside it allows him to play in a position that he has excelled in during his career he`s a great nickel corner. This move also makes Aaron Williams better. This kid looks more like a safety to me. He is to big and he doesn`t have that agility or speed that Big corners need to play outside. Williams believe or not will be better guarding TE`s and RB`s out the backfield. MOVE HIM TO SAFETY AND SLOT CORNER NOW! #3- BETTER COACHING- WANNY AND CHAN need to step it up show some passion be accountable. I seen a vanilla based Defense against the Jets. Wanny let your D lineman have some fun out there throw some stunts and Blitz`s at these god awful QB`s. Everyone knows if u get Sanchez uncomfortable early in the gm. He starts to fold like a pair of 2`s. Use some more press coverages to knock these wr`s of there timing patterns. This is simple, Please stop running that vanilla based cover2 bend but don`t break defense man. Your starting to look like Dicky J.. Chan C`mon man u got a stud in Spiller watch some tape of Marshall Faulk and use this kid just like him. Spiller is a Faulk clone. Give him the Damm Ball!. Stop running all these fancy 5 wr sets. lets see some more traditional proform,I-form and and 2 te sets.I promise u the play action pass will start to open things up for our wr`s. #4- GET TJ AND EASLEY SOME PLAYING TIME! I want to see some three wr sets with these guys. Why? because they have SPEED AND SIZE. Yea these 2 kids are young and hungry. Let them learn. At this point we have no other choice. No one respects our wr`s anymore. All Defenses do is sit on these short routes all day. These 2 players will put D`s on there heels. U have to respect speed. I know TJ and Easley have flaws but they have talent give them a chance... Well these are some of my ideas, Bills fans what are yours?
-
This is addition by subtraction, I'm tired of the same old slows, David Nelson will be replaced by TJ Graham and M Easley will be activated to he active roster. I believe our wr core has just gotten better. The problem we have now is Fitz, he is garbage. Hopefully Tavaras can learn this playbook quickly

Did Lombardi nail it Re: Fitz and offence
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Nostradumbass's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Plan and Simple, we need to scrap this wide open crappy pistol offense and start pounding the ball 35-40 times a gm. Chan has to find away to use Freddy and Spiller at the same time. We need to be innovators not copycats. The problem is Chan has this fear of injury complex and we will never get anywhere with that attitude. Coaches should know to adjust at a monents notice. That's what separates the Belicheats from the Gaileys. Bill Belicheat knew he had two monster TE's on his team and he reinvented his offense around those 2 Young studs with NO fear about injurys to either or one of those two guys, cause he knows how to adjust. Chan on the other hand can possibly pt together a 2 rb system that can take advantage of mismatches on the field. But when asked if he was planning on doing this, this yr he said no because if one of them gets hurt we will have to scrap that offense. That's just a loser mentality. It also proves to me that he can't adjust -

Steal of the draft
NastyNateSoldiers replied to buffalover4life's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree 100%. This guy is a baller, he will be one of the best slot receivers in the NFL in a couple yrs. Amazing speed reminds me of Jacoby Ford but even better. 3rd or 4th round is a steal -
I like the Browns #22 pick, and this is why
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Got_Wood's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would love the idea of trading with the Browns. But this is what I would ask for. A swap in the first 10-22 and the Browns first round pick in 2013... that pick will be a top 5 pick next season. The Browns would either get Tannehill or Richardson or even Floyd with that pick depending on what they do with there 4th overall pick. Us on tthe other hand will have to wait 12 slots to get a tackle or Bpa on the board. This trade would give us great flexibility in next yrs draft to trade up for Barkley or take whatever blue chip prospect on the board. -
Coby Fleener in the 2nd.?

.The biggest need on our roster right now is #2 wr by far. People forget last yr that our offense got figured out. Teams started to stack the box to take away our run gm and our short passing gm. There was no threat for downfield passing gm. I love the idea of trading down and selecting M Floyd. I think the Bills will take him either way, whether we trade down or stay at 10. This would be a great draft. #1 WR= M. Floyd #2 DE= V Curry #3 OLB= lavonte David.

I thought Hairston played pretty good for a rookie 4th round pick. Although he may be better suited for Rt. My question is if Erik Pears has any experience playing LT? He has very good footwork and plays like a technician against the pass. If he has the comfort level playing on the left then we can move Hairston to the right tackle spot..

I still say draft Melvin Ingram at 10
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree 100% Ingram or Mericulis no doubt should be are pick. U can never have enough front 7 players. We still need more difference makers. If we go offense it should be Floyd -
New Draft Prediction? anyone
NastyNateSoldiers replied to EldaBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like J Martin alot i think he is by far the second best tackle in the draft, But we got to remember with Buddy u got to read between the lines.. Buddy doesn`t like drafting tackles in the 1st round. Matter of fact he has never drafted a tackle in the 1st while he was in SD.. The Bills have a new philosopy and that`s to draft BPA. If martin fits the BPA that`s the only way we take him. -
New Draft Prediction? anyone
NastyNateSoldiers replied to EldaBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sign back Bell Draft either #1 Malcolm Floyd Excellent complement for Stevie J. can form one of the best 1-2 combos in the league #2 Melvin Ingram to play OLB/Rover #3 Donta Hightower This guy is a flat out beast he can play multiple positions at LB. #4 Whitney Mercilus With this edition the Bills will have the youngest and best Dline for yrs to come. Any 1 of these guys will be a flat out amazing selection for the Bills. 2nd round if we don`t select Floyd Alshon Jeffery or Mohammed Sanu If we take Floyd #1 Vinny Curry #2 Coby Fleener TE that stretch the seems. reminds me of Gronkowski -
Bell has been one of the best LT in the league over the last 2 yrs. In 010 he only gave up 1 sk. In 10 Gms last season he gave up a half sk and what's even more impressive is that he lead the NFL in yds per carry running on his side. The only thing bad about Bell is his injuries. We should offer him a 1yr deal for 5mil. That will allow us to take Ingram or Fluid in the first round.
