  1. Yea definitely! Only drunken douchebags allowed at the game! I love to puke and piss on people! All I care about is myself and I hate your kids!

If anything you should blame the product on the field for the reason my generation acts the way they do. I haven't seen a Bills playoff game since I was in 3rd grade and I'm a senior in college now. I love this team as much as anyone on this board, but I can understand why my generation doesn't. They go for the good time rather than the game. Much similar to a Dave Matthews Band concert than Phish by the way.

Well said. How can you be expected to take responsibility for your actions when you haven't seen a playoff game since the 3rd grade? The Bills owe you either a contender or a license to behave in any manner you choose. Thats a binding social contract and the backbone of this great nation. Reward me or I will behave in a petulant and destructive manner! Lets get on twitter and organize a spontaneous riot. I need new Nikes.

  2. The great thing about inactivity is that after a while your body will require fewer calories, but your appetite really won't change. That is my recipe for getting fat quickly. I find that going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week pretty much makes my intake irrelevant. Any type of diet is just bonus as long as the gym routine is going strong.

  3. Whaaa??

Apparently, the mere mention of a college party is somehow making light of date rape.

It's just kind of ****ty to talk about the death of a man, less than 24 hours ago, and point the finger at him. The events of last night are sad, with no intention of escalating into what they did. To blame him this soon after his death for putting himself into that situation is no different than blaming the victim of a date rape for being at a party.

Who else should be blamed for this man getting so drunk that he drowned in about two feet of parking lot run off? No one brought this on him nor is he a victim. Your analogy is absurd.

  4. It's not just Merriman. It's Kyle Moore too. Actually, Kyle Moore is making a bigger impact than any other D player right now. Merrimans sack was created by Moore's rush. Is it obvious yet how much Kelsay has been holding this team back?

Merriman had his moments, but Moore was all over the field last night. Just needs to keep that right hand out of the QBs grill and he will bring home some sacks.

  5. ya this newbie has been here since 2002, just cuz I don't post a lot doesn't mean jack. I guess I believe you should have to think about what you say before you click Post, you don't. we can disagree

No amount of moderation is going to force anyone to think before they post. Have you been on any other side of the board lately? In PPP, however, there are repercussions for posting stupidly. While some posters seem to revel in the negative attention, most here have been burned once or twice after getting caught talking out of their ass and are more discerning contributors as a result. Nothing fosters better conversation than an environment where there is strong incentive not to post unless you actually know what you're talking about, care about the subject matter and are prepared to back it up if challenged.

I have no problem with the rules on the football side of the board, but in this environment I have no desire to pretend that opinions are neither right or wrong and that all opinions are equal.

  6. morons like me? You don't know me or who I voted for, even if I voted at all! The only moron is you for making dumbass assumptions.

I don't think anyone really needs to familiarize themselves with your voting history to make such an assertion. Your body of work hear speaks for itself.

  7. I favor the laissez faire approach to almost all things. Especially PPP.

Adding moderation to PPP would kill this side of the board. Half the people on this site can barely discuss football without embarrassing themselves and their families. I'm sure the guy clamoring to bring in Donovan McNabb or the guy who thinks we should trade McKelvin, Choice, Kelsay, Moats and George Wilson to the Broncos for Peyton Manning are well versed in the inner workings of our judicial and financial systems.

  8. No, because as I said in the first sentence of the thread, I dont care about the actual parties or which side anyone is on, or the name of what. This is about the Government and Election process in general, and how more or less parties can affect it. Your posts are for a different conversation.

    1. That wasnt criticizing an entire party like you originally got worked up about.

    2. How is being socially conservative NOT bigotry? It is social conservatives that are against Gay rights, and have historically been against Women's Rights, Minority Rights, etc.

Why do you think people say stupid crap like "Im fiscally conservative, but socially liberal"? Because everyone knows being social conservative by definition makes you a hateful a-hole. It's the only reason behind being socially conservative.

I'll openly criticize social conservatives all day, and rightfully so. But that isnt what we were talking about.

For someone who doesn't want to discuss the merits of certain political movements or "what side anyone is on", you've certainly done a piss poor job. How do you reconcile the two posts?

I originally "got worked up about", to use your term, about your blatant hypocrisy and inability to play by your own rules. How can you continue to miss this painfully obvious point?

  9. I spent two weeks in Spain this summer and I regularly visit Europe. Generally speaking, at 6 feet 210 20% Body fat, I'm considered obese in comparison to what I saw and I will say that those mother!@#$ers eat a lot. Tell them you're cutting carbs and they'll think you're an alien.

You're also a malnourished, girly armed, pygmy by TBD standards. Its easy to keep the weight off when you work 5 hours a day, take 2 months off in summer, and get checks from the government for not being a gypsy.

  10. Calm the !@#$ down.

I never once said the entire Tea Party are bigots. He asked why I would label the Tea Party as extremists. There are 2 sections that most political issues or ideals fall into, fiscal and social. While the movement started, and is mostly still, about fiscal conservatism, it has unfortunately attracted some social conservatives. Those social conservatives tend to be extremists and therefore bigots. Not ALL Tea Party members, I wont even say most. But that is why I used them to specify an extremely conservative party.

    RELAX

I am perfectly relaxed, and you've completely missed the point.

Whether or not you accused all tea party members of bigotry is irrelevant. You leveled some pretty strong criticism of one party, opening the door for further discussion about the merit of one party relative to another, then decree that anyone responding to your unsubstantiated claims is venturing off the topic. If you don't want this thread to devolve into a "your party sucks" shouting match, then how about you refrain from casting the first stone? Or if you choose to get your shots in, then you can hardly blame others for acting in turn. You can't, however, have it both ways.

  11. Never called the entire group or movement bigots. Try reading again.

You made a pretty clear value judgement on a particular political movement then followed that by claiming you don't want to discuss the merits of any political party. My comprehension is fine.

Every few months or weeks you venture in to PPP, blast away unprovoked and then claim that you were attacked by racist, conservative, [insert a litany of other insults], drones. You can't seem to refrain from getting your shots in and starting the **** storm, but then you act as if you're above it all. Yet you wonder why you have zero credibility here and you aren't received very well.

  12. No, because as I said in the first sentence of the thread, I dont care about the actual parties or which side anyone is on, or the name of what. This is about the Government and Election process in general, and how more or less parties can affect it. Your posts are for a different conversation.

Calling one political movement a group of bigots seems like a funny way of demonstrating how little you care. Try to stay within the confines of your own topic and then you can expect others to do the same.

  13. Do they though? Teams don't trade or otherwise make available franchise QB's. The only way we're ever getting THE GUY is the through the draft. Buddy Nix is not going to take a middle-of-the-road QB prospect just to appease the fanbase. We need three starting LB's.

Everyone loves that first round QB pick. Just look at the amazing starts that Freeman, Tannehill, Newton, Dalton, Luck, Griffin, Bradford and Stafford enjoyed. Ponder and Gabbert have even shown flashes. Problem is, 3 to 4 years from now most of these teams will be questioning whether or not they've really found their guy. Once defensive coordinators get some tape on these young QBs its a different ball game. Its fun to hope and think about what your young QB prospect can be in a few years if they continue to develop, but ultimately most fail to progress.

  14. Jesus, how many times can we have the same asinine conversation?

There are beautiful women everywhere. Everywhere there are women, and a number of them are beautiful. Your chances of encountering these women increases in a direct relationship with population density. Theres also a wealth factor, as seen in larger cities where women have exposure and the means to acquire the latest ass-masking jeans which squeeze cellulite into nice shapes, face covering sun glasses, and other flattering fashion products.

In LA, SD, NYC, Chicago theres also more ugly women. You just don't notice them.

  15. Don't be a troll. Blacks don't vote for Obama because they are racist.

Black people can't be racist. They're minorities.

Racism is clearly defined as any statement or idea this is, might be, or can possibly be construed as a derogatory statement, idea or action, originating from a white man (or possibly a white-hispanic depending on how white sounding their last name is) toward any non-white individual or maybe even a white woman.

For example: Wow, that was the longest Monday ever. I could certainly go for a cerveza after work. How about you, Pedro?

    RACIST!
