Whaleys scouting team was still in place when McD was making picks. Whaleys fault was less the players he found, but the horrid extensions he gave them. Man had trouble with self discipline. as did Russ brandon lol. This is Beane's first season of judgement to be reviewed again after next years draft and FA. even then i would remain patient. McD wanted a QB for His defense long term. he got it. he got his secondary by luck or effort or both last season and i feel they have solid up and coming depth now. Some good things , and some less good things under the new regime. Definitely going to stay tuned in !!

Well done indeed !! season of hope for me. But each year is a developmental year for these guys. from Pegula's on down to the practice squad players. Building a cohesive system from top to bottom is not done in two seasons I might suppose

lets hold on to Peterman a bit longer. he might be the perfect back up in Buffalo. and because Bills are likely to run a Patriots style offense. peterman might survive the Ravens and the Chargers. I hope so.

like i have mentioned, the pass game will likely be a quick one. 3 step and throw plays to begin with. But most of them can run block. and some are nasty can get second level effectively. pass pro will remain the weakness until proven otherwise

Depend on who they are going to start at QB. i expect a quick read release passing game to overcome the PP weaknesses at guard and RT.

nice band if you like Texas Swing music. Bills were broke before they started. bad hole to be in with 50 mill dead cap. Hope they look smarter next season after Free agency and the draft etc.

But I will not predict a record. One thing about the Bills these days ? They do surprise at times : ) in so many ways.... I cannot see why anyone would enjoy perceiving gloom upon the horizon.
