  1. Yep I did. Conceptually to some degree. Not this guy. But I think its a nice developmental pick by Beane who might get some reps years one
  2. Those stats are all context. Like so much of statistics.
  3. I think more than a few of Us sit on the side of the fence that says tweaking the Defense up front with big dudes who don't get moved would free up our speedy read and react LBs. Allow CBs to play more press off the snap I don't feel McBeanes sees it my way lol Draft aint over nor FA and players shaking free later to fill some needs left though.
  4. well they did seem to improve the offense overall , with getting Josh a highly functioning if not dominant O line with depth. That was a huge need. But yes , needs to win Championship games by improving that defense all around still Go Bills
  5. Some of Us wanted the defense tweaked a bit so Oliver would be able to get those one on ones he excels at as penetrating DT. Hoping they take a real 1tech later on at least. and I will stop being a bit disappointed in this pick. Shame they traded away for him . But we will see.
  6. Bills too? Thats sounds fairly mean and a bit cringy, as they say these days
  7. Fire free prospect ? Expound please 😉
  8. Well now we can take two, 1 in the second. and he better be the monster ! tech I so desire 😍 It's been true and still holds. Nice DT tackle and end depth after 32 But we will likely get the bpa WR next and make me a bit sad. Beanes has surprised me before though. hope lives
  9. Recall how he improved once he was Coached to become the WR once the ball was in the air. Last year or two he actually looked for the ball ? Hairston will be Coached up by some of the better Def NFL coaches in the NFL
  10. I hate to admit , this was probably a very wise pick all considered. Not my choice , but glad they stayed and he made it to them. He will have some pretty good mentors btw. Now I like the White pick up even better. Even Jackson knows the Game well , as well as Bills football I approve !
  11. Thank you for this. it's a good mix and tells a story about him. 1st highlights I have seen yet. Mixed success. Stopped the Touch down when on the island ! Willing tackler ! perhaps a bit anxious ? Can be Coached up for sure. Fast to the ball for sure You are such a homer sometimes 😋
  12. Ahh thank you. I don't know he will return to form as you feel quite sure of. Thats our only difference. Heck yes I want a top ten player. The Elite seating section most usually ! 👍
  13. About picking the right guy and trusting Beane is continually improving his Team and process SCOUTING IS EVERYTHING ballin I dont care where they pick . It's how and who they pick Go Bills
  14. You would actually trade away to go get an injured player ? As you might guess I am not keen on Hoping (injured now) to get an elite player for 5 years. Even more so trading away assets for calculated risk. Give me a starter with the 1st pick please
  15. Thats fine As long as they get those priority players that improve the Defense day one.
  16. I think am okay with that 😇 With the caveat Bills nail their first 3 picks in the second round. It can be done How you come up with the hot take Chicago ?
  17. thanks for that. And the detail on the Chargers and Grants ole Coach. As far as your draft opinion. I approve. It might be a bit fantasy , but that is what the draft is all about for us PS noticed the Williams thing as well
  18. It's seems like its going to be interesting enough for sure as could go either way, Depending lol Go Bills
  19. They have a problem now. He just made it one officially lol And we get Blue
  20. It does . But , this is different from the company picnic ha ha Team building events matter to team mates. Building trust and re bonding honestly after a few months away. Sure you can make that decision to be aloof and above the Team. But there is no positive effect to come from doing so. Cook should at least go hang out and watch tape and work out unless he is protesting something ( or so it does appear ) But you are correct as what the CBA agreed to
  21. In the 4th ? No faith in the McDermott Way ? lol If he is that far gone , Bills won't have him on the board even in the fifth
  22. That impact player is a pretty general term tossed around Sooner. For example , I can see that kid Thornton in the 4th round making a difference on how the offense rolls out because of his skill set over his "elite potential" In the second round i might bet the Bills can find a player who could play 1tech with upside very well and effect the Def scheme tweak. Get two and you can roll at a 4-3 1st down or situational short yardage. We dont have that either. Could find that gem at corner in the second as well. Our friend here posted the seemingly absurd idea of getting 4 2nds ! If this draft truly is "solid " and only 12 -15 with true 1st round grades and 30 with true 2nd round , or early second round grades ? Our friend might not be too far off. We both want 3 impact players I would be delighted with 4 starters in a least a rotational role. Still think Bills can sincerely upgrade the Team with their first 3 picks if they can draw a hot hand from some wheelin and dealin to get their guys. BPA of Need lol This would be sweet. Get that WR in the 4th too. Some project players you just have to trust the process and pray Coaching and fit get the best out of him.
  23. That was the comparison I have made as well 👍 Hope it proves out !
  24. Yep sure does, things could change in a heartbeat if you really want a player If those those 3 are at 30 , do they all slip to 34 ? and of course you must have a favorite ? 🙂
