Did Josh want him? Very unimpressive

He sounds like a character out of Curb Your Enthusiasm

People are worried about replacing Diggs' yards per game?
During the last 5 games (winning streak) to end the season he got 87, 25, 26, 49 and 24 yards.
I am not really worried about that production. But I would like a solid vet acquisition.

Who did Ken Dorsey want?

In Brady's first two games as OC his offense averaged 33 points.
In his last five games it averaged a perfectly average 21.8.
The pressure's on.
it’s the wins that matter. -
Kincaid 950
Shakir 900
Samuel 950
Coleman 650
Knox 500
Cook 400
So on.
It's gonna be a balanced offense. I look forward to it.

This is a good discussion of the Worthy to the Chiefs thanks to Bean narrative.....
Also an interesting and positive take on the WR situation for the Bills.

This is getting so hot. Jesus

Imagine that. Someone tried to trade up and it didn't happen. I guess it's harder than just willing it into existence.

A good question would be why did Josh want Keon. Regardless they can sign a FA speedster to complete this WR room. I just don’t trust they will?
-
His PFF rating is 87.1 for 2023. Makes him #13 on their list
Rousseau ranked 10th in run-defense grade at the position, recording 19 stops at a rate of 8.7%. He led the Bills in pressure rate, and his pressure totals have gradually increased in each of his three NFL seasons.

There has to be a reason why JA wanted Keon. Can someone explain it to me. I did hear he confessed his love of Josh to McBean. Is that the main factor?
Actually @Alphadawg7 kinda explained it.

We definitely need another RB, DL, OL, LB, S.
And one more thing....... what was it?

Ran into Kelvin Benjamin's RAS score. He got a 3.49
Not really fair to compare Coleman to him.

Keenan Allen ran a 4.71? Gross.

Brett Whitefield's take on the KC pick. He had XW as his #13 WR. He is quite down on him.
28) Kansas City Chiefs: Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas = F
Who fleeced who? Buffalo gladly allows the Chiefs to get Worthy. This pick ranked dead last in the Whitefield/Wecht Value Model. I don't know why the Chiefs were hell-bent on doing the Mecole Hardman experience all over again, but here we are. The Chiefs' recent track record of WR acquisitions also doesn’t give me a ton of confidence in this pick.

I like the pick. There are concerns obviously. And not totally unwarranted. That is why you draft one more WR. Why couldn't we spend our 4th on a WR and dumpster dive for a big RB instead the other way around? If Beane had drafted another WR everyone on here would be giving this draft an A+.

This regime has the 2nd most wins in the past 4 years. That is quite an accomplishment regardless of much deserved criticism on certain issues like the lack of urgency on the WR situation. No matter how you want to pick them apart, if you deny how well they have done except for beating the best team in the league like every other team, then you are not being serious.

He’s pretty much played with scrap heap QBs though. I’m interested to see how he’s used and if his numbers improve.
Absolutely I agree. I think he will thrive in this offense.

Here is an intelligent discussion of the Bills draft. It's a good watch. Bills start at 6:45

Here is a take from CBS discussing the Bills draft. Starts around 6:45

Prior to the 2017 draft, Samuel blazed a 4.31 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine which led many to believe he'd be a home run hitter in the NFL, but that never really materialized. His career yards per reception is 10.7, not what you would expect from someone with his speed.
